But yea anyone who can break Emilia's or Julius barriers would scale which is pretty much all the mid tiers.

Magic Canon feat will be 40 megatons for Emila and Julius individually, Mezoreia feats are just vaguely city level but it would be good to add as a supporting feat.

Old Wilhelm is 1/3rd, awakened Wilhelm fully scales above the Whale.

He should just be 10-B or 10-C, and then 7-B with the Yang Sword (though that would be suicide since it doesn't like him). He'll be updated some time after Ex6, his main story, is translated.

Pandora is the funnier Unknown bc she's appeared in 3 chapters total across 43 volumes, one of which was just a cameo.

Long story, years ago there was a whole argument about whether Stride with the Yang Sword scaled to the mid tiers, given that he was sickly, he shouldn't be able to swing such a powerful weapon, I believe Stride scaled, another person didn't so we just left it at unknown

Come arc 7-8 it's made explicitly clear that the Yang Sword amps its users stats so, I was actually proven right.

But yea as Zab said he is described as being sickly so he would be 10-C, 7-B with Yang Sword.
