What margin is required to pass guidelines like this?

So far we have:

Proposal 1: 6-4, net: +2
Proposal 2: 7-0, net: +7
Proposal 3: 11-1, net: +10
Agnaa’s Proposal: 3-0, net: +3

I do not remember our exact rules, but the votes currently seem to evenly distributed to apply that change.

Probably because it looks like we don’t have any written rules for it. Considering this isn’t even a rule change but a mere guideline would a 3 vote margin be enough?

I think one more agree, with no more disagrees, would put Proposal 1 over the line.

Proposal 1: Now that it turned into a mere guideline, I kinda don't care anymore. I retract my vote from it altogether.

Proposals 2, 3 and Agnaa's proposal I still retain agreement for.

I think that we need a bit more unevenly distributed votes than 7-4 in order to make certain.
