so the kanji 滅ぼす itself can mean (confirmed by tayman already) so it can mean overthrown if the context is about conquering.

but as we can see here:
他の異次元から来訪する勢力もいたが、この三勢力のいずれかに よって元の次元ごと滅ぼされていた。それほどまでに、この三勢力 は比類なき武威を誇っていたのだ。

and now the translation astral brought for this raw (he didnt translate it by himself):
There were other factions that tried to invade from different dimensions, but every one of them ended up having their entire home dimension erased by one of the three great powers.
That was the extent of their overwhelming, incomparable might.

as we can see the translation is saying erase.

so yeah i want a quick revision for the translation astral brought if any of you two has time ill be thankfull.

Fully about destruction. Destroyed fits better imo.
(also "overthrow" isn't like simply conquering)

i dont think i got what you mean.
do you mean the translation destroy fits but not erase?
or do you mean the kanji cant be translated into overthrow or fall or ruin depending on the context like you said here (mean )?
(btw i didnt stat overthrow = conquering because they are seperated concepts i meant if the kanji can be translated into overthrow if the context was about conquering because if its about conquering then we can assume they would need to remove someone or something).

It's fully about destruction, nothing in that sense. (Overthrow as bringing something down to the destruction, not like taking down a flag or something, or say the ruin of Asgard where it was destroyed etc.).

今回の制作で一番のチャレンジだったのは、この世界観全体の広がりを同時にどう描くかという点でした。
特にクイーン編の尺は個人的にもかなり余裕がなかったと感じています。
当初から「クイーンの戦闘シーンを極限まで描き切りたい」と考えていたため、どうしても戦闘描写に多くの尺を割く構成になりました。
そもそもの設計としては、「戦闘シーンで視覚的な驚きや迫力をしっかり見せたい」という意図があり、そこを真剣に作り込みました。
その代わりとして、作品放送前に各キャラクターのPVを公開したのも、キャラの背景や関係性を補完するためでした。
クイーンのPVにも、彼女の子供時代を少しだけ盛り込んでいます。
今後チャンスがあれば、トーナメント戦やストーリー展開の中で、クイーンに関する内容をもっと深掘りしていきたいと考えています。

Thank you. There was a bit of an argument of if it was drawing their potential to 120% or by 120%. Reliable fan translations stated by 120%, unreliable (very notorious) official translation stated to 120%.

i looked up the word 豪獣鬼 and it seems to be a verse specific thing with a particular name, idk if that's correct though
