Wanted to create a page for a webnovel

The name of the book/series is Sorcerer’s Handbook, also known as Sorcerer’s Manual or Technician’s Manual depending on the translation.

It is a completed Chinese Webnovel with 60% fan translated but also got recently picked up by Wuxiaworld for official translations.

But to be honest i don’t know what im doing too well, so i wanted to ask if it was possible.

And if it was possible should I go ahead with it or should I wait till the officials are fully translated?
