Kamen Rider General Discussion - KIWAMI + Unofficial Other Toku General Discussion - GAIDEN

SHS Saber no doubt. He got every single KR and SS power (up to the point where his series is at least) and transcended above Ohma level.
 
Ohma Zi-O 100%. He has the title "King of ALL Kamen Riders". He has the aura. The best looking suit in the ENTIRE FRANCHISE. If you wanna get technical, he should also get Sentai powers via crossovers from past Riders.

And that means jack shit. Another Ohma Zi-O was a bitchless jobber who got jumped immediately.

On a personal note, even if Toei makes a successor to Ohma (highly doubt it), like Legend with Decade, I'll probably still glaze the King mainly because I feel like reputation and suit design are key when making a "all-powerful" character. Why do people still like Decade and not Legend? Because Legend's suit isn't as good looking and he got like 15 minutes of total screentime overall. This is also why Zein >>>> Legend imo.
 
SHS Saber doesn't need Ohma Zi-O's powers when he is already stabilished as having the powers of every Rider and Sentai, and a bonus for viewing them as fiction.

He's Top 5. Lists usually includes Zein, SHS Saber, Legend, Decade, and Zi-O. It's always random on who get's 3rd place, with Zi-O and Decade always at first and second respectively.

Zein is an AI obsessed with "justice" (think KR's version of the Thought-Robot). His gimmick is using Decade's cards and shredding them. The cards are a one time use, and each card has an attribute of a past Rider. So there's a card with Kuuga's base, super, and final form. Cards for Kuuga's finishing move/rider kick, as well cards for each of his weapons. So Zein has to min-max and strategize on how to take down foes. That's why he's an AI. And if he ever needed to use an already shredded card, he would have to go out and hunt down that rider again to get it, possibly losing a different card in the process.

Because Zein has the one-time-use rule and no summoning (unless using Grand Zi-O's card, but again it's one use), most fans have Legend be higher tiered, who can spam that shit. But I PERSONALLY like him more. He has a better suit. A cooler gimmick. And alot of potential for strategy in writing. Unlike Legend's "summon everyone and transform myself into someone else." Zein only get's their attributes meaning his suit doesn't change. And honestly I prefer it that way.

It doesn't help that Zein was the main villain in Outsiders and got his own mini-series meanwhile Legend was attached to Gotchard and has not been seen since. Like Zein scales to post series riders with new suits and that's cool as ****.

zein saving grace is he had to get jumped by new final forms (good thing causes other base forms riders can keep up and do damage too him)

Haven't really worked it all out yet since I need other calcs done but most of them would be not counting taiga, ryugaverse knights would become higher into tier 7 cuz of makai retsudan crossover. Wanted to do an abilities CRT before but it's in limbo rn

I've been working on Giant Robo (overall verse with the original Yokoyama manga and 1992 OVA) and Red Baron (Mach Baron wasn't given English subs, so it's not getting covered as of yet) myself.

If I ever get to finish specific guides (being busy with VS blogs, so not like immediately), you fellas are open to calculate worthy feats there.
