There is another route, argue that SoE is 1-B via Honkai Energy, iirc SoE is a Divine Key so HE powered it, HE is UES so you can put 1-B on SoE. Problem is, HE is UES so you need to backscale 1-B rating to Welt physical stats,

I dont think u need that when hes strictly doing all tier 1 stuff with weapon and not by himself
plus he basically always drains himself whenever he uses a lot of power so any instance of going all out would harm him
(also the script is meant to show us dying so its likely he died during the clash too)

The HSR version wouldnt scale physically either I dont think because the drain is astronomically higher than his HI3 version at that point in time. So yeah its just a trump card via Star of Eden. Or he does scale physically yet doesn't make a difference because it would be a really short power boost.

If welt got scale to 1-B by zephyro, it shouldn't use "rupturing cosmos" Reasoning, it's should be straight up because welt able to keep up with zephyro.

Welt then use his Herrscher power to perceive and understand higher dimension. Herrscher power only allow him to extend the gravity reach to higher dimensions. Now it would have been fine if didn't Welt followed up with "gravity works the same on all dimensions" and process to use it.

Ryusuke already implied the power difference between Welt and him, now if Welt just simply use Singularity Rebuild then it is fine, but dude directly stated that gravity works the same in all dimensions which pretty much said the force of gravity is the same across dimensions, this not only align with how the verse cosmology running on the brane cosmology, but also how our tiering system work which require quantitive increases in power when increases tier. Welt statement went against the system by establishing that gravity force have the same power in all dimensions, be it lower or higher. I believe already said this in my initial evaluation

I don't understand why you brought up DB, DB follow different system where Ki as UES is directly stated to correlate with physical stats. Goku literally need to increases his Ki to be able to match Beerus which is quantitive increases and they have been stated multiple time to possesses power to destroy the universe

What you simply thinking is A can fight B so both of them have X power, i don't fault you for it, it is a simple powerscaling logic. But anti-feat and anti-statement exists and Welt statement about gravity literally is an anti-statement, this isn't simply interpretation issue but the statement itself is very direct
