So, Kubo revealed on Klub Outside, Q&A 852 that the prisoners from muken are not fed, as "they are essentially criminals who “cannot be killed” ", meaning they won't die by starvation, so they should get Self Sustenance type 2:

• Type 2: Nutritional Self-Sustenance: The ability to survive indefinitely without food or water, or an equivalent necessary to fulfil nutritional and solvent roles in an individual's body. This may provide resistance to poisons.

Uhhhh, the urozakura part seems fine, but I think this one should go to muken aizen or even of the previous versions. In safwy, it is revealed he didn't want to face zaraki before he achieved an "immortal body".
