Tbf, we also have statements about quincy erasing souls that don't mention any hollow(get to tybw scans)

The other characters, at least high tier souls should simply get soul erasure resistance(great power allows you to resist this ee). We have uryu fighting various hollows during hueco mundo arc and none of them was erased. Then, as an additional support that it is a power based thing, we have this (tired uryu needed 3 arrows instead of one to erase a normal hollow).

Every single scan is either mentioning hollows or are out of context (said context being hollows), plus the notion you are positing is contradictory to what the author said

Stronger hollows, like Arrancars and the Espada getting soul erasure resistance is fine but not the rest of the cast because the erasure doesn't apply to them

tbf Cirucci was killed by Arrancars, not Uryu. She was just heavily injured by Uryu. Though you're right about Hollows being able to withstand Quincy attacks.

If its just "attacks", and not "kills" then of course. Because only via Death that their souls are erased.

Uryu wasn't the one who killed Cirucci, it was Rudbornn and his Exequias who killed her. (Since quincies only erase the souls of hollows if they land the attack that kills them)

Isn't this more of a durability feat for the hollow that Uryu needed more attacks to kill him and erase his soul?

Uryū never killed Cirucci, though. It's only after a Quincy kills a Hollow, it eradicates them from existence--simply interacting isn't enough. Seele Schneider only incapacitated her, as explicitly stated by Uryu himself.

And was his advantage being more powerful, or had more versatility?

But even then, he didn't kill her so it doesn't matter on that front.
