Minor Ultra Series AP Update

So basically some minor AP updates for the series. As usual the changes to the scaling can be found on this blog. Anyways onto the changes that are happening on this minor CRT.

Ultraman​

His constellation calc got updated with a new one. So his current one needs to be replaced with the new one. High end should be used as Ultraman created three constellations and not two.

Ultraman Dyna​

Dyna should have an AP boost since he's shown to have grown stronger over the course of his series. Reason being this guy named Gregore was stated to be on par with Strong Type Dyna and yet MoS Dyna was capable of matching his attack despite being weaker than him. Something Mons Ahger was incapable of doing. And previously Mons Ahger was shown to be capable of stomping Flash Type Dyna and required Strong Type Dyna to defeat. And we know this statement wasn't referring to MoS Strong Type Dyna as the moment MoS Dyna went Strong Type he began to stomp Gregore in combat.

So MoS onwards Dyna should be considered 3x stronger than BoS Dyna due to MoS Flash Type Dyna being almost as strong as BoS Strong Type Dyna with Strong Type being accepted as a 3x boost.

Ultraman Mebius​

Also a rather simple change here. Phoenix Brave Mebius's standard + Style Mebium Knight Shoot was said to be stronger than the Ultra Double Flasher performed by Leo and Astra. So Phoenix Brave Mebius would be 100x stronger than the Ultra Brothers due to the Ultra Double Flasher being stated to be 100x stronger than Leo and Astra. Nothing contradicts this since Phoenix Brave Mebius is a stronger form than Mebius Infinity which is in turn stronger than Super Taro who is 50x stronger than the Ultra Brothers. So this would just be Phoenix Brave Mebius gaining a concrete boost rather than unquantifiably upscaling even higher from a lower value.

So Phoenix Brave Mebius should be considered 100x stronger than the Ultra Brothers via upscaling from the Ultra Double Flasher instead of being 50x stronger like Mebius Infinity upscaling from Super Taro.

Ultraman Tiga​

Only to Reiwa Era Tiga. So currently Tiga is noted in his AP section to be comparable to Trigger. But this should be changed. Instead Tiga should be stated to be comparable to Kyrieloid who upscales from the Giants of Darkness. As Kyrieloid is shown to be unaffected by the full arsenal of Nursedessei's weapons while the Giants of Darkness were somewhat hurt by just the Maxima Nurse Cannon. Trigger was only keeping up with them after he got boosted by Tiga as before this even in his strongest form her was struggling against the Giants of Darkness.

So instead of scaling to Baseline 1 Universe 1-C, Tiga should instead scale to Baseline 4-6 Universe 1-C.

Ultraman Ginga & Victory​

Almost forgot about these two. So originally in UGF3, Base Victory was shown to be comparable to Post-2nd Amp Absolute Belial in combat but this was written off as an outlier due to Belial pretty much one shotting Delta Rise Claw Z who is comparable to Ginga Victory (Ginga & Victory's fusion form). But as it turns out in the canon stage show to the series, Howl, Cosmo Beast Fighters!, Base Ginga was also shown to be comparable to Regulos and Ribut whom are both at the level of their fusion.

So these two need a new Post-UGF3 key that scales above their fusion form at 1/2 Baseline 4-6 Universe 1-C.

Man I hate Imgur.

Too lazy to make Imgur links for a BiliBili video at the time lol. For the actual profile we could just mention where the scaling is from in the reference so I was originally intending to just show use the link for the CRT and not have it on the profile.

Also do I still need another staff to look at this minor AP thread? Or is one enough as this is a rather minor change?

Thanks DDM, Vietthai, Firestorm, and Agnaa. Guess this CRT and Bullton's CRT are now complete. Just gotta get the tiering update one completed and we'll be able to move onto to the next batch of CRTs.
