How exactly is this not considered a stomp? You're trying to tell me Alastor actually outclasses them in most categories in their base form, but can't kill them which would lead them to transform into something that would absolutely blitz them with Mach 81.48, outscale in AP as they scale to 550 Tons of TNT while Alasor scales to 126.694 Tons of TNT, heck even LS too, 2,549.918 Metric Tons VS 1156.36176953tons.
With Alastor even being incapable of killing his opponent, I don't see how this is not a stomp.

Speed is equalized. Quanxi's transformation scales to the exact same speed value her base does.

Speed is unequalized for base, doesn't concern the transformation. (at least from what was mentioned before.)

I'm saying the base and transformation scale to the exact same speed value. I.e. when Quanxi transforms she gets no speed boost. Transformations multiply a person's power by the usual amount, but if the transformation isn't any stronger/faster their values stay the same when they transform in an equalized match.

Scaling off of a speed rating ≠ scaling equally to that speed rating.
You can upscale or downscale from any rating.

What I understand from this is that since she's actually upscaling from a feat like that, she gets the same speed because the value isn't equal, not that she upscales the equalized speed (maybe wrong)
Also, it being a blitz isn't the only reason why I see it as a stomp, all it means is that she doesn't have that wincon which doesn't deny it being a stomp. (Alastor still has no wincons when she transforms.)

Also i mentioned that Quanxi would blitz because i was under the impression that she'd be way faster and, as her profile states, has faster acrobatics
However, the main reason i believe she'd win is she'd have an over 4.4x ap and dura advantage that she upscales from in her transformed state with just her physicals while having 5.5x with her danmaku arrows all the while having higher skill than alastor, who i thought would just go high diff if it was just base Quanxi
