Just started watching Kamen Rider Black; currently on episode 36. I don’t get why his civilian key is listed as 9-B when he fight and survives hits from monsters, including the one that scales to High 6-C when he henshins.

Also, Kotaro should definitely get High-Mid regeneration negation for taking out those impostors in episode 29.

And someone really needs to calculate Shadow Moon’s awakening feat, he triggered an earthquake from the villain base that shook the entire city, easily magnitude 6-level.
