Those comments don't seem bad, that's true.

Maybe this subject needs to be looked into in more depth by staff. Honestly, it seems unavoidable that the two of you are best kept separate.
 
I’m not sure what a thread ban even is, but basically the only way to keep us from arguing is to just let him walk all over me as he downgrades Pokemon, and by seeing what kind of person Jinx is and watching him badmouth me even in RVR, I do not trust him to do that in the absolute slightest.
 
I've made 0 attempts at trying to downgrade Pokemon, as much as I dont agree with the compositing tiers. I've made multiple profiles that follow this verses's profiling standards against my own thoughts.

Overall: I'm fine with a thread ban (temporary hopefully), but i do not want to be exempt from any discussions brought up about including Masters EX scaling in the future based on this, even if Pazdera is present. I will try not to respond to him, but given hes the only one pushing for Masters EX content and is familiar with it, that will be difficult. I can try not to squabble, and will report to an active mod privately should they make any aggressive/sarcastic statements instead of me responding to it.

pretty much the only viable option, in my opinion. Their bickering isn't reaching the point where we need to ban them, but at the same time, said back-and-forth also greatly affect others, so make both of them unable to see each other's posts, which prevent their interaction, is the best way

I can discuss as respectfully as I can, and if Sean is breaching anything, then i'll talk to a mod instead of responding to him I suppose. I would want other people to actually call him out when necessary in that stead too.

I still need to see what he's saying overall if he's now given reign to add Masters Ex content onto profiles, and I would still like to put my two cents in whenever. The conclusion of the CRT has only opened up way more conversations about Masters EX than it needed to so its inconvenient to then block me from any conversation regarding it (since Sean will be the only one actually attempting to bring it up). From now on i will also keep my own independent tabs on our interactions in case of any future interactions

This would solve half of the drama on the entire wiki and what I would suggest in most instances of genuine conflict.

I'd suggest we give them one more chance since they're otherwise productive in every other aspect it seems. If that fails, Ant should prevent them from seeing each other's posts. If that fails, we move on to thread bans.

Another issue is on what to do with my Calem and Gloria profiles.

When I originally posted their profiles, Jinx went to the mods and told them that because it has Masters content on it, that means the entire profile should be deleted... and kept telling them that until they eventually did so, setting the dangerous precedent that Masters is treated as noncanon on this site.

I altered my profiles to remove every mention of Masters from it, posting them again.

Eventually, my CRT against this Masters being noncanon rule passed, and it was finally deemed as canon and able to be used, so I re-altered my profile to include everything I cut out.

Jinx immediately undid my revisions because he thinks he can just delete shit from my profiles whenever he wants, prompting yet another argument.

Now that this is hopefully ended, should the Masters stuff return, or should they stay how they are?

I haven't seen what the edits are, but the CTR was for the Pokemon Master canon. I'm pretty sure they never discussed what those changes mean (meaning all the possible additions coming from Master should still be discussed)
or am I wrong?

Well, it being canon means that all feats from Masters are now usable.

Yes, if they involve new abilities or feats, they need to be discussed as well in a separate thread.

I never called for the profiles to be deleted. I reported it to the thread and asked them to be moved to a blog (not deleted). This decision was underwent by the mods, who also agreed with others chipping in, without me needing to 'mentally manipulate' anybody. This was because Masters EX in itself is separate content and everyone else on the Pokemon thread aside from Sean agreed that Masters EX needs to be discussed better before being added to profiles.

Masters EX was not confirmed mainline canon in the thread. Although i still dont think people have a good grasp or idea just how different Masters EX is in its own direction compared to mainline (that just doesn't line up), It is still not on par with overwriting mainline, so it cant just be freely added. The very recent game Legends ZA further deconfirms a ton of aspects about Masters as another timeskip based game.

The outcome of the recent thread was that all Masters EX content needs to go through a case by case analysis, because although we wanna call it 'secondary canon'. it actively contradicts the mainline multiple times in itself and doesnt fit with what happens in the games. It genuinely doesnt. That means they cant be included until its actively agreed upon. Either Sean is confused or its being ignored when claimed as just 'canon'.

Also yes, it would be great to establish some ground rules on what from Masters EX to consider canon if we're really going for this solution, however right now i believe it would only end in squabbling and be ultimately unproductive. So i'd give it time at the least

Im really confused on what rules as me 'arguing' with him now. I was responding to the points made in RVT above. People have shown they dont know how the thread concluded and its being actively discussed by others. Pokemon stuff was already being talked about, and this latest topic wasn't even brought up by me

For the last time, the issue was you two bickering, not about Master Pokemon. We staff simply warned you two in order for both of you to stop the hostility, which start to affect other members. You guys could discuss Master Pokemon stuff in a completely different place

Also you said don't lump you with him when you literally started another Master Pokemon stuff directly on RVR thread; if you didn't bring up Master Pokemon, would he replies to you in this thread?. You are the reason, and he is the result of that reason, simple
 
I know why I was reported, and why this started. That was never being contested. Part of the reason i feel the need to respond is that because, just like right now, people are getting the wrong idea.

I didn't start this recent topic whatsoever. I woke up like, 2 hours ago and checked all the posts that were STILL talking about it and being discussed by multiple people. It was in fact Sean that brought up the case of those Masters EX 'deleted profiles' further. (and now you're forcing me to bring him up again because i'm being wrongly accused for something)
Sounds more like excuses are being made for him responding to my posts, where he's actively calling me a grifter and stirring, meanwhile when i actually try clear things up that people are confused by (such as the outcome of the CRT), people are out here saying that i'm starting all this.

Genuinely cant win. Its part frustrating that no one else is actively seeing this. Constantly being blamed for stuff and lumped in on things I didn't do, then expected to just let people say these things (who have an authority, so its not like its even just a random user saying stuff)

Oke, i missed his intitial comment before your about the deleted profile, it is my mistake i admit, just woke up and see another bickering on RVR. However you could just make a simple address on the deleted profile part and stop yet you went on a lot longer than that, pretty much started another debate on Pokemon stuff, dragging the topic futher which again, not add anything to the already closed case. So my point still stand, you could be simple and concise, but went on a lot longer than necessary, which is also the reason for him to react at you.

And i already pinged both of you and said that if you two don't have anything new to add then just stop commenting which of course the comment pointed toward both of you. If you want clear stuff about Pokemon, as Therefir has said, make a CRT

He called you grifter is very bad, yes, but he was warned by Random Helper, i simply didn't feel the need to repeat it. We didn't even punish you or him, just asked you two to stop all this. Master Pokemon stuff should be elsewhere, not here
 
It didnt start another debate and 'went on longer than i needed', i responded to everything i could that i was asleep for, and invited nothing to it. All Pazdera did was reply with a two sentence post where half of it was dedicated to trying to insult me (which i didnt respond to. I responded to Random making it seem as if I was arguing). Im not gonna just be held liable on that, at least not for a 'pack it in you two!' like i was saying anything. Theres Inequal blame on these things

You're only now just saying this 'simple and concise' thing (and i was). It feels now you're just shifting goal posts because apparently typing over four points is 'on me', and that means i prompted Sean to insult me (he didnt even respond back to the actual points). Now it makes me concerned how things will go on the future if people are goign to jump the gun and blame me equally for stuff Sean says (I prioritise my own standing), while i prioritise the stance of the actual situation being reported.

Well i did have something to add given people were still confusing the CRT outcome, meanwhile Sean was actively saying 'Masters EX is now considered canon!' yet again to delude people. Sorry this topic has gone on longer than expected but you're blaming the wrong person, i left it alone until people allowed Sean to start it up again. Then you're claiming that "You are the reason, and he is the result of that reason, simple"
