You're still trying to be sneaky by trying to undo a removal which you didn't even argue against in the thread.
Besides, that reason was already refuted in the CRT I made. Empowerment is to get powered by a source, and not to just be better at increasing power because of physiology.

Gravity Falls: Even more fixes and major Bill additions
So, after that the Collector's edition of the Book of Bill came out, I was sad to see that it added basically nothing besides some few minor codes. So I decided to make some little changes around Gravity Falls because I think we did miss some stuff still. Cosmology Nothing that is too impactful...
