Could Inglis Eucus’ profile have an Outdated label placed on it? The primary problem is the EXTREMELY poor strength scaling. Essentially, the author made some changes to the way amps are handled that I missed before, so a lot of them are not actually boosts as labeled, and a lot of them are incorrectly stacked to boot.
Essentially, the entire AP and speed scaling need to be re-done, which I plan to do in the upcoming months for the series.

You should ideally propose any cosmetic changes in a CRT.
If it's something like fixing a spelling error, then you should be fine to make the change. As long as you outline clearly in the reason section for the edit what you did, just to make things easier for the edit patrollers, then it shouldn't be a problem. But more elaborate changes should be agreed upon by our usual process.
