Nobody's gonna read this just like all my other Pokemon stuff but whatever.

I’m certain that I’m the only person on Earth who actually reads what Professor Willow says

If you liked this CRT, check out my SIX other ones I also have out that nobody reads for months:

1. Pokemon Physiology

2. Psychic Power

3. Battle Styles

4. Rematch Keys

5. Project Pokemon Cosmology

6. Adding Pokemon Masters to the canon

Is this just a conspiracy to list smartphones as a weakness for all Pokémon?

This seems to make sense at a glance, at least internally, but I'd need to read through it properly. The big concern is obviously canonicity.

Yay!!! Thank you!!!

GO is already considered canon as a parallel universe.

@Imaginym An actual evaluation from you could let us approve this.
Reading the text of the OP, it seems reasonable to tentatively approve this.
Supernatural Willpower is sus.

Everything else seems fine.
I'll defer to your judgement here, & approve everything but Supernatural Willpower.

It may be good to wait for @Random-Helper323 to follow up on this.

To elaborate: I think it's sus because it's just a tweet about those types being in a willpower-themed event.

Even if we do extrapolate that to mean those Pokemon have higher willpower, there's nothing to suggest it's by a massive margin, let alone 'supernatural'.

Apologies for the late reply, but in retrospect, wasn't there something about Pokemon using Willpower to prevent themselves fainting & cure status conditions, apparently out of care for their trainers' feelings?
Was that approved &/or rejected at any point?
Does it change the verdict in consideration with other propositions?
(Or something like that on its own could be set aside for another thread.)

Yeah, that was brought up in a different thread I think.

I think those are both good examples of Supernatural Willpower, since they involve using willpower to some supernatural effect (resisting a clearly 1HKO move or magically healing a status).

I still wouldn't include this example, for the reasons stated above.

Forgive my asking please, but which specific reasons above?

In that this example isn't direct evidence, and requires multiple assumptions.

It's also type-specific, but the other, better evidence suggests that's not the case.

Do you have a follow-up at this point?
Also, the OP may be mildly inaccurate:

My only caveat is that I don't know Pokemon Go that well, & only skimmed the text of the opening post.
Oh & on a rerearing of the OP, this might be game mechanics? It should probably only be Limited Toon Force, since it's only hiding in a party hat.
Though it's inconsequential, so I hope this does not prolong the completion of this thread. My sincere apologies if it does.

How's it go in terms of canonicity? That was the issue I raised before.

Yeah, the OP does misrepresent my input. I asked for proof it was canon. Still, I wasn't a Thread Mod back then, so it might not have seemed important at the time.
