• Wow, it’s been a while - The Pokémon Box can now hold 10500 Pokemon instead of the 4000 from before
• “up to 6th Gen” should be replaced with “Up to 9th Gen”, as most Pokemon from that far are in the game by now
  
  
• Additions to Mega Evolution arc:
  • Apex Shadow Pokemon:
    
    
    • Apex Shadow Ho-Oh and Apex Shadow Lugia’s Sacred Fire and Aeroblast (respectively) have been drastically amped from their normal selves, becoming Sacred Fire+ and Aeroblast+
      
      
    • After they were purified, their signature moves increased even more, becoming drastically amped even further from their Shadow selves, becoming Sacred Fire++ and Aeroblast++
  • Defeated Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre separately, which Professor Willow states would take nothing less than Rayquaza to perform
    
    
  • Can Mega Evolve his heavily trained Rayquaza, while even a wild one could defeat Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon together
    
    
  • Can transform Dialga and Palkia into their Origin Formes, which are massively stronger than their Altered Formes
    
    
  • Has gotten used to fighting Giovanni, being able to beat him “no matter what he throws at you”

  • Limited Purification via the Shard Refiner (Can purify Shadow Shards into Purified Gems)
    • Empathic Manipulation via Purified Gems
  • Energy Absorption (Can absorb Mega Energy, Solar Fusion Energy, Lunar Fusion Energy, Volt Fusion Energy, and Blaze Fusion Energy by defeating the Pokemon that possess them, and can freely absorb Dynamax Energy)
    
    
  • BFR (Dialga and Palkia’s distortion sent Professor Willow and GO Rocket Giovanni through time and space, and Dialga’s Roar of Time (or Palkia’s Spacial Rend) alone could bring them back
    
    
  • Fusionism (Can fuse Necrozma with Solgaleo or Lunala using Fusion Energy; can do the same with Kyurem and Zekrom/Reshiram)

  • Dynamax Arc:
    • The Player is now capable of Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing
      
      
    • Using their new Pokemon, they are able to battle in explicitly the toughest challenge in Pokemon GO yet, putting Gigantamax Pokemon above previous 6-Star Raids which are reserved for Mega Legendary Raids like Mega Rayquaza
      • Can defeat and catch Dynamax Legendary Birds in Raids, while even regular Legendary Birds are already 5-Star Raids
    • Gigantamax Pokemon are 6-Star Raids, putting the multiplier for Dynamax to Gigantamax Pokemon higher than normal to Legendary Raids
      • In their Crowned forms, Zacian or Zamazenta are stated to be capable of oneshotting a Gigantamax Pokemon in a single blow
    • Eternatus himself is described as the biggest challenge in Max Raids yet
      • This includes Gigantamax Raids, which are stronger than 6-Star Raids, which Professor Willow confirms
        
        
      • Ingame, he is treated as an 8-Star Raid
        
        
      • He also requires much more resources to power up than any other Pokemon due to its massive power, which is not the case for any other Pokemon in the game
    • Has gotten stronger overall alongside Kubfu by training him
      
      
    • Another method of Damage Boost: Max Mushrooms explicitly double the Attack Potency of his Pokemon during Max Battles (Zacian/Zamazenta included)
      
      
    • Awakened Power: Can Hyper Train his Pokemon himself
• Intelligence additions:
  • Finished a mission that Professor Willow said would make their knowledge on Mega Evolution second to none
    
    
  • His surveys are extremely impressive even to a Pokemon Professor
    
    
  • Has caught MANY Mythical Pokemon, while to catch one “is one of the toughest challenges a Trainer can undertake”
    
    
  • Is really good at catching Pokemon, both in Poké Balls and on camera, and also obviously Pokemon battles
    • Professor Willow reiterates that he could master Pokemon photography
  • Is an accomplished Poison or Electric Trainer, with him saying for the former that his skills are as potent as the Poison-type Pokemon themselves
    
    
  • Has won 4000 Gym Battles, as is necessary to receive the Platinum Battle Girl Medal, and had received a Gold Gym Badge for countless of those Gyms

Okay, it's just I've never played GO, so I can't serve as any authority on it. For the legendaries getting upgraded, we'd need scans that specifically show them beating the other ones like Primal Kyogre and Groudon.

I'll defer to your judgement here, & approve everything but Supernatural Willpower.

Yeah, that was brought up in a different thread I think.

I think those are both good examples of Supernatural Willpower, since they involve using willpower to some supernatural effect (resisting a clearly 1HKO move or magically healing a status).

I still wouldn't include this example, for the reasons stated above.

In that this example isn't direct evidence, and requires multiple assumptions.

It's also type-specific, but the other, better evidence suggests that's not the case.

Oh & on a rerearing of the OP, this might be game mechanics? It should probably only be Limited Toon Force, since it's only hiding in a party hat.

If my memory serves, I think we tackled a topic of something that could be secondary canon, but I'm not sure if GO was ever established as Secondary Canon or what.
