Hi there, I mentioned somewhere that the next saga would probably be easier and faster to do, which is true. This is due in part to the fact that additional KOF material is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain, particularly with translated ones, so the only topics covered are the main games and team stories.
Previous thread here.
The basics would be the tiering and physical statistics (AP/Dura, SS, LS, Speed, Stamina, Equipments, and Intelligence). I won't be touching the P&A or creating new profiles just yet because they will be for future revisions, so only existing profiles will be affected by this.
Since the NESTS Saga added new characters while also bringing back many returning characters, I created two separate sandboxes for them.
Debut Characters sandbox
Returning Characters sandbox: For the returning characters, everything in this sandbox will be a new key for them titled "Chapter of NESTS Saga (KOF '99 to KOF 2001)".
1. The fighters have statements supporting that they have trained themselves to become stronger than before.
2. Whip single-handedly defeated the entire Korea Team. Therefore, scaling her above most other fighters.
3. A clone of Kyo Kusanagi easily defeated Whip.
4. K' and Iori destroyed said clone once they realised that he isn't the real Kyo. Igniz also considers both of them to be the "most powerful" and "strongest" humans alive.
5. In KOF 2001, several tournament winners had to face the original Zero, whose strength far surpasses his clone.
This means that all NESTS Saga would upscale from Orochi Saga's High 6-C tier.
While the feat has largely gone unnoticed within the VSBW community, it has been brought to the attention of the KOF powerscaling community, who have questioned why Igniz isn't at Galaxy level. So I'd like to bring this feat up in case it is overlooked.
1. For starters, KOF 2002 UM is a dream match game, which means there is barely any story to the game itself. It does have a storyline for Nameless, but beyond that, it only exists as a game purely for gameplay. Dis-integrational Universe moves only exist in that game and are not even presented in the canon version of Igniz.
2. Assuming the feat is possible for canon Igniz, it would fall into every category of an outlier. Given that nobody in Orochi-NESTS Sagas has ever displayed any feats beyond Tier 6, Galaxy level is nowhere near plausible for Igniz even if he were technically one of the strongest characters in the NESTS Saga.
Therefore, I'd like to propose this note under Igniz's profile:

What Will Be Covered In This Revision?
Everything happened during the NESTS Saga, which takes place after the Orochi Saga, in the following games: The King of Fighters '99, The King of Fighters 2000, The King of Fighters 2001The basics would be the tiering and physical statistics (AP/Dura, SS, LS, Speed, Stamina, Equipments, and Intelligence). I won't be touching the P&A or creating new profiles just yet because they will be for future revisions, so only existing profiles will be affected by this.

Sources
These are the sources from which I obtained the information/scans.- Main Games: Cutscenes and that stuff. Nuff said.
- Team Stories: Backstories/preludes that detail each team's story and what happened prior to the main game plots. The SNK wiki is used as an archive because the original site where they were posted is no longer available.
- The King of Fighters Official Portal Website: This is the official website created by SNK Corp (the game's developer) that included a database of characters for all KOF titles, including non-canon ones, as well as story summaries.
- KOF’99 Drama CD: A fan translation of a dramatisation CD from KOF '99 story. This additional work will mostly serve as secondary canon, providing some in-depth information that the game did not show.
Powerscaling
In the sandboxes, tier powerscaling has resulted in everyone receiving an "At least High 6-C" rating and the Statistics Values with a greater-than sign (>216.90420172 Gigatons) for a variety of reasons:1.

Miscancellous
I'd like to address a few other issues as well. The first thing being that:Igniz's Galaxy Feat
In The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match, Igniz performs a move called 'Dis-integrational Universe' where he traps the opponent in a sphere before transforming it into a Milky Way galaxy and shattering it.While the feat has largely gone unnoticed within the VSBW community, it has been brought to the attention of the KOF powerscaling community, who have questioned why Igniz isn't at Galaxy level. So I'd like to bring this feat up in case it is overlooked.

Therefore, I'd like to propose this note under Igniz's profile:
Note: Igniz's Galaxy level feat is regarded as an outlier and is not considered a valid part of his official power scale. This particular feat is exclusively featured in the non-canon title, The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match, and stands in stark contrast to the consistent power levels of other feats in the franchise, which have generally only reached Tier 6.
Outdated Profiles
It's no surprise that almost all current KOF profiles are out of date, even with my current revisions, as I've only revised physical stats so far and have yet to address power and abilities, which I imagine will take no less time than now. Therefore, I suggest that all current KOF profiles will be placed with the {{Outdated}} template until everything is set in place. For those who are unaware, this is how the template appears on the page.TLDR
- Rework of NESTS Saga character profiles (Keys, AP/Durability, Speed, LS, Stamina, Range, and Intelligence). All changes are made in two separate sandboxes for debut and returning characters.
- For returning characters, everything in their sandbox will be added as a new key: Chapter of NESTS Saga (KOF '99 to KOF 2001)
- Upscaling NESTS Saga characters to "At least High 6-C (>216.90420172 Gigatons)" for all the given reasonings.
- Propose a note in Igniz's profile for his "Galaxy level" feat.
- Propose to place the {{Outdated}} template on all current KOF profiles.
