Then they had this to say.

Weird since no one argued fiction vs realism, as I said you can calculate the force they'd be withstanding via ISL for the gravity at a distance, using the enviornment and seeing how the black hole affects it is essential to knowing how much force its exerting on them at the distance they are at and the fact that it isn't destructive to the enviornment nor is it like crushing or killing the baby or weaker goons shows its not emitting even like 9-B levels of force, if anything you'd have to reverse scale the black hole to Supermans 8-B+ KE since he had trouble escaping because otherwise it doesn't show any equivalent force over the distance they are to be worth anything for a upgrade for Superman.

That said they can make a CRT and calcs if they feel so strongly about it or believe otherwise

Not even 100% sure if they have an account on fandom or VSB but I'll forward this to them.

Guys, doesn't the feat of Superman crashing onto the Anctactica go against our KE rules? Je didn't make a crater that big when crashing.

Man what a episode, some palpable setup for what's to come
Main takeaways for me this episode were:
~Augie still sucks, shocker.
~Economos might have the main / best arc this season.
~Chris specifically saying that Keith is his "best friend" to Adebayo of all people is absolutely a set up.
~Something is gonna happen with Adrian, he keeps getting scenes where he's left out of something and feeling sad about it.
~Sol Rodriguez is one of the hottest women alive.

Even more Green Lantern glaze coming from the Peacemaker podcast (timestamp: 43:03 - 43:22) Gunn initially says that he’s not sure if Superman could beat Green Lantern in a fight, and while he later agrees that Superman would probably win, he says it’d be a real fight.
Just reinforces to me that Lanterns feats are gonna be a nice upscale for Clark

This has came up a few times but idk if it is the case that he was punched or launched with the force to send him there by ultraman then its fine but otherwise yeah by itself it'd be invalid

Throwing my hat into the ring of Superman matchups

So the tech is stolen and Peacemaker's father is a fraud. The helmets might just be stolen from the other dimension. The Eagle hunter has Astral projection so buddy wasn't fibbing, he really is the best eagle hunter.

And yes, Sol Rodriguez is unfairly gorgeous.

Edit - Also Vigilante has been very sidelined this season. Like he has at most 4 scenes.

I think he might still have something to do with that, at least. I'm pretty sure Chris said in Season 1 that Augie is the only one who knows how to make them (the helmets) or something like that. Could be wrong, though.

Am I forgetting something, or did Judomaster look way more impressive in this episode than he did before? Bro was backfliping as fast as Chris was running 💀

Idk Judo Master was pretty cracked before, he had some of the best consistent stuff for how strong and fast he was but yeah the back flipping was wild

The craziest part is that (as far as we know) he's not even considered superhuman in-universe. He's just a strong guy who's good at martial arts. If he can do all this, imagine what Batman can do.

Yeah its pretty crazy but I mean that is the essence of like these "street tier" goons they are very superhuman even if they ain't meta it just looks so wild in kive action seeing them feel 9-B consistently even

James Gunn on the structure of the DCU's world:

"There is not a New York City in our DCU. There is not a Los Angeles in our DCU. There is Metropolis, Evergreen, and Coast City. It’s a different map. It’s a world in which some form of superheroes, which we call Metahumans, have existed for at least 300 years and they’ve been a part of our life. But I think that we’re reaching a point in the DCU where there’s three factions. There’s the Metahumans, the governments, and then the corporations. And the corporations are equally important. There’s Luthor Corp, there’s Lord Tech and Stagg Industries and Wayne Enterprises, which are the four big companies that are vying for another type of domination.

And they aren’t evil corporations, really. They’re just ******* amoral corporations.

The corporations in themselves aren’t evil. Corporations are amoral. I guess governments are amoral too. But it’s really more dependent on the morality of the figurehead. In this case, Lex Luthor’s a pretty bad guy, although his corporation has done some great things. Luthor has created a battery, which has made the running of the world a much more efficient process. He has cars that run more efficiently, that are better for clean air. He’s done some really great things for the world, which is the reason for his obsession with Superman. He was considered the greatest guy in the world a few years ago, even though there were Metahumans, and then this guy with dimples and a glint in his eye in a silly costume came in and made him feel like shit, so he’s been sort of obsessed with him ever since and has gone evil. I don’t think Lord Tech is the same. It’s run by Maxwell Lord, who we meet in the first episode of Peacemaker. He’s not the greatest guy in the world, but as far as billionaires go, he’s probably more on the right side of things than Lex Luthor."

I wonder how they are going to do the godpshere and stuff. A lot of adaptations make Apokolips just a planet somewhere or another dimension.

Breaking news: Local CEO says CEOs are actually, "pretty nice and cool guys if you get to know them." /s

Technically he’s talking about the corporation itself, not the CEO, considering that he says Luthor is a pretty bad guy

I know, I wasn't being serious. I just think there's an inherent comedy to someone that high up in a corporation saying that, "corporations aren't that bad, actually."

This is just out of context from what he said at the end of the peacemaker episode, he takes a step back and admits Superman will win but that it will still be a good fight
I thought that too but the article says this:
Per Deadline, Gunn recently spoke with radio host Howard Stern about Green Lantern. Stern said he always believed that Green Lantern could beat up Superman. Gunn agreed with Stern, "Absolutely, he’s pretty powerful." However, Gunn did not specify which Green Lantern he meant.
Edit: Also the article on deadline came out before the Peacemaker podcast so it cannot be referring to that.

Someone found its source.
-I think he could beat up Superman in a weird way. Don't you think?

-Absolutely. Absolutely. I think he's pretty he's pretty powerful. I think that a good strong match between Superman and and uh Lantern, any of the Lanterns would be great.

I mean if this is really something we're gonna get in the weeds about, "beat up" doesn't necessarily have to also mean "win the fight".
