from what I gather, her telekenises spawns on you unless she doesn't feel like it so she'll easily get through infinity.

Due to SBA, Tatsumaki gets conquest diffed
Tatsumaki would have to twist Makima hundreds of thousands of times to get the job done or just start killing all of Japan (Which she would never due in character and under SBA) and even then Bio manipulation utterly ends the esper
