Team Fortress General Discussion

I stand corrected, in this thread at least, the contention was whether or not the statement referred to conventional weaponry. Maybe it could work, especially since it can't be discounted as "heat" or "sub-atomic destruction" resistance.
ok let's see what does Saxton scale or upscale with 100% certanty:

-cowmangler and man melter type of weapons

-the payloads

-tfc and tf2 mercs (mostly for for the lifting strenght feats)

-should scale to pyro so supersonic+ reaction speed

did i got everything right

I lost track of the supersonic+ Pyro blog, do you know where that is? He'd also upscale the Administrator's messagers who are supersonic+.

Alright so I got good news and bad news

Good news is the calc is done. bad news is that its not much with it ranging from small building to at most 1 tons of tnt in building level

The main issue I think is the usage of ice pulverization since it doesn't have a vaporization value so the results got lowered
I'll make the calc that assumes the ice turned into water and then gas, idk if i'll get something wrong so tell me if i do.

ice beargs are usually at a temperature of 0°C when we talk about the most external parts of it

Melting valule = 306.0529 J/cc

Vaporization of water = 2575 J/cc

Small

Volume = 7,222,086 cm^3

AP = 7,222,086 * 306.0529 = 2,210,340,364.3494 * 2575 = 5,691,626,438,199.705 Joules - 1.36 Kilotons of tnt (Low 7-C)

Medium

Volume = 101,504,981 cm^3

AP = 101,504,981 * 306.0529 = 36.547.162.773 * 2575 = 79.994.676.533.699,37 Joules - 19.1 Kilotons of tnt (7-C)

Large

Volume = 566,223,893 cm^3

AP = 566,223,893 * 306.0529 = 173.294.464.501,9397 * 2575 = 446.233.246.092.494,7 Joules - 1.06 Megaton of tnt (Low 7-B)

Ah....
Uhh...maybe we won't need the tfc deathpack to upscale hale

honestly tho, i would have just used the cart to mesure the icebearg

Ah....
I might make an edit for that, not sure given in how acceptable it is but Ill put that into note

Also this would just only scale to Hale since no merc can survive that so the yeti statement does go into clutch

good

Honestly i'm really ok with that, infact i think saxton should alwats be at least a tier above the mercs regardless so i don't really care if it doesn't scale to the mercs

ask diamond drone so we can be sure its appliable, in case i'll see if i can reason with him

Ah....
ah btw the yeti should be uneffected by the payload ap making him 8,48 Megatons of Tnt, then he was enhanced by hale scientist in yeti park so it should have made him at least 1,5 times stronger 12,72 Megatons of Tnt, then saxton hale came and he menaged to kill the little (pun intended) b*stard with a punch 101,76 Megatons of Tnt.

In conclusion, if we have done everithing right we can give hale at least 7-A attack potency with saxton punch (altho i'm not sure because saxton's hand wasn't glowing so i woudn't be so sure to give him even more buff than now) and 7-A durability.

But in an hypotetical scenario where we give saxton a higher value for the saxton punch it should be around 3 times stronger than a normal punch (due of how random crits work) making him 305,28 Megatons of Tnt in that case.

Ah....
could you add this calc to the blog ya did? pretty plz
I swear to God his dad is the human representation of a british bulldog

honestly a cool feat but like who scales to this outside of hale im just realizing?

Ah....
ok so, i realized this calc is wrong cuz i'm stacking the joules from the melting of the ice with the vaporization value of water, now i'll correct my mistake by just multipling the values separatly and then combining them with each other.

Also i'll take in consideration that the volume of ice increases of 9%.
Melting valule = 306.0529 J/cc

Vaporization of water = 2575 J/cc

Vaporizing water = 7.215.586,2*2575 = 18.580.134.465 Joules of Energy

Total ap = 2.210.340.364,3494+18.580.134.465 =20.790.474.829 Joules of Energy - 4.96 Tons of Tnt (High 8-C)

Total ap = 237.851.547.475+31.065.893.799 = 268.917.441.274 Joules of Energy = 64.27 Tons of Tnt (8-B+)

I'LL CONTINUE THIS LATER I GOT SOME STUFF TO DO
Oh would you look at that, more consistency for High 8-C

It'd also be fruitful to recalc the Ayer's Rock feat for LS, accounting for the actual thickness of the styrofoam/balsa wood shell instead of assuming 95% hollowness like Soupywolf did.
