Well, I don't think it's very productive to start theorizing the exact biological mechanism going on in a clinical context.

At best we'd be guessing, and ultimately fiction rarely follows medical standards even remotely.

Therefore, if Gojo has feats of healing serious brain damage in seconds, and otherwise has tools to put the opponent away, then I think it seems likely they will ultimately prevail.

So, for now, I will vote Gojo.

If both sides have equivalent posts with constructive arguments, the thread shall be deemed inconclusive.
  • Inconclusive matches, in which the opposing parties are incapable of defeating each other, should only added to profiles if they had a notable debate. A debate is considered notable, in this context, if it features a lengthy debate over an aspect not directly listed on profile.
If the final verdict did not have a minimum difference of three votes a grace period for inconclusive of 72 hours will begin. The other rules for inconclusive will still apply; grace for inconclusive will only be added if both parties had a notable debate.
May we close this, pretty please?
Before people ask, it's from Da Rulez

If that's the case then upon activation Gojo is then just incapacitated. We went in a clinical direction for evidence.

He would become not be incapacitated once he healed the injury, which I was told would happen in seconds.

If his opponent isn't expecting that, it's conveniently just long enough for them to let their guard down.

He has to apply RCT, he cant do that without being conscious.

Those are the results of sukuna not using his binding vows.
"Without exception, Makima's contact transfers all forms of damage to a random Japanese citizen, their lives mere cattle for the embodiment of conquest. This contracts puts all of japan on Makima's lifeline, including Ryomen Sukuna. To amend this, the king makes another binding vow..."

Unfortunately the Muzan vs Makima thread has reached its conclusion. It was a tie.
