If Robin meets with Gaban, seeing him in action combined with her determination to defeat Sommers and protect the Elbaph library could awaken her Busoshoku Haki, much like how Usopp's intense will to save Luffy triggered his Kenbunshoku Haki to bloom.

Finally I felt Elbaph is huge country/continent with the south east/west towns like these people have different houses, cultures/environments which is cool.
And also the 8th branch is so huge that it fits the first town which is huge and the library where its beach is compared to a sea as Nami said all of that in this 1 branch!
Also all that picture/area is like 10% of the whole Elbaph tree (the middle area aka sun area).
Finally it makes sense for giants to live in this huge area coz before that I felt it wasn't that impressive in size of course.

If she's actually fighting Sommers, Oda has no choice but to give her haki this time. Because how else is she supposed to fight his thorn devil fruit powers when they hard counter her devil fruit powers?

Sommers was right when he said Anges had a big mouth, and now thanks to her he has the intel about the Ohara books being in the Elbaf library and it'll probably get back to the Gorosei and Akainu and most likely Kuzan as well at the end of the arc. Along with the fact that Saul had survived.

I definitely believe that will come, just much later in the arc. After the God's Knights threat is handled I'm expecting a mini-training arc. That's where I hope we learn how to deal with immortality, plus other Haki/general training.

I would love it if Robin ends up being the one to figure out how to deal with their immortality. She's one of the smartest members in the crew and a very strategic fighter. It would be the perfect feat for her

I hope we can get the profiles for the Gorosei, God's Knights and Seraphim too once we know the exact mechanisms for their defences. But yeah I would love to see some of the strawhats particularly Robin, Franky, Brook and Usopp getting some well needed power ups.

I enjoyed the little bit of Robin vs. Sommers we got in this week's chapter! Obviously, Robin wasn't going to do lasting damage to the immortal Holy Knight immediately in the next chapter, but she handled herself well in a 1v1 situation against the Holy Knight considering Gunko got the better of 4 SHs all by herself. I'm glad Oda also reminded people of how strategic she can be in a fight when she outsmarted Sommers.
Judging by the ending with Gaban and Sommers, if that was Buso that Gaban had used, seems like that is the key to dealing with the regen/immortality of the Holy Knights and the Gorosei. But didn't Gear 5 Luffy repeatedly use Buso against the Gorosei and couldn't deal any lasting damage? Anyway, I still think it's too soon for any of the Holy Knights to be put down so I definitely see Sommers getting back up in the next chapter and regrowing his hand.
And that shot of Robin crying at the same time with Saul and Anges when she overheard Jarul give the order to burn down the Library. Damn Oda has really put her through an emotional rollercoaster since Egghead.

W chapter, the way Robin utilized her flower devil fruit in that situation was cool, especially when she also went against a different plant type devil fruit

Assuming he actually got damaged, would've been con haki usage as we see the goroesi get affected by it as well
Luffy in gear 5 never used it on them, so that might be why

Question: Have we ever seen an actual pacifista fight hand-to-hand, and not just use his lasers to attack?
I am trying to remember and find a single instance of it, but all of them just seem like it's Kuma, but it's likely I have missed something.
I relooked over Marinford and Sabado, but didn't find it, only him getting closer only to attack with lasers...

If it's Hao Infusion, then they're gonna have some trouble, and they'd need some kind of special storage like Joy Boy and EmethI hope that Gaban teaches the Straw Hat pirates and their allies how to permanently kill the Elder Stars and the Holy Knights.

By the way, my impression of Scopper Gaban is that he currently seems even more dangerous than Silvers Rayleigh. Possibly due to being in better shape in his old age, or being a bit younger and healthier.

The direct explanation for it comes from chapter 1010 "Color of the Supreme King". Luffy comes to the realization that the Armament Haki he trained during Act 2 of Wano is too "shallow" to do any real damage to Kaidou, but after taking two of Kaidou's attacks (Thunder Bagua in act 1 and Conqueror of the Three Worlds a chapter earlier) which knocked him out in one hit he realizes that Kaidou can imbue his attacks with Conqueror's Haki, which Kaidou states is an ability only a "handful of the very strongest can" achieve, Luffy then activates this ability to match Kaidou.Can somebody remind me how Hao infusion works please?
Basically Conqueror's Haki users who reach a certain strength threeshold (as we learn conqueror's haki can't directly be trained and only grows stronger as the wielder does) can then imbue their attacks with Conqueror's Haki for a massive attack power boost, when they're using it their fists/weapons get imbued with haki lightning.

Hmm. That is a big problem then, as not many of the Straw Hats and their allies currently seem to possess Conqueror's Haki, and they desperately need to develop it in order to be able to kill the Elder Stars and the God Knights. Maybe Sanji, Jinbe, and Robin need to get bigger ambitions/dreams in order to develop it?

You might be right. Robin and Usopp would've already ended Sommers and Gunko if not for their regeneration.

I think their lives are tied to ImuI am disappointed that Gaban was not able to permanently kill Sommers, just prevent his regeneration.
