Dark Matter is his wincon here. He basically can do any bs stuff with Dark Matter, since it literally allow him to create matters that works on laws that doesn't exists yet. And he doesn't have any 11-D stuff iirc, only Accelerator and teleporters does as espers (not that it matters).

Well, his matters still can't bypass vector shield completely since they still have vectors, so that's the limit of the bs for this Key

Iirc mind manip resistance in toaru is not that good, mostly working by shutting off their own mind, what is Kakine's answer to Falling's mind manip?

He has anti brainwashing (depends on how he apply that onto him though). I do know that he has a quite bad trauma, so that's where he'll have problems dealing with it. Shutting off brain is only for magic side.

Considering his first key doesn't list resistance to mind manip i'm guessing he never used it on himself while under mind control. But even then falling's mind manip is not that hard to counter considering pain and brain damage can get you out of the flashbacks.
Falling tends to let her guard down around humans tho. I guess it depends on how much of a murder goblin Kakine is on a regular basis.

From what I remember, Kakine's very arrogant, he mostly go with the wings first if he doesn't know his opponents (at least that's what I remember). But he isn't shy of using insta kill attacks either, he could be quite creative with it.

If Falling stun him with her Mind hax i could see her win by TKing him through a portal to hell, effectively BFR him. Also, her having TK and a higher LS means she could ragdoll him if she wants too
