So.. Someone just said to me that

"Trancends the "Concept" of Space-Time is equals to Trancends all Dimensions, because all dimensions must have "Space-Time", so if theres any character that Transcends all of the Concept of Space-Time, they're also transcending all dimensions. Therefore, Its Low Outerversal"

Is that True?

No? You can transcend any type of concept of space/time/dimensions and still be low 1-A/1-A since you're still categorically transcending space and time.
What interpreted from Ultima is different. Just the type 2 or 3 would scale to the cosmology. But type 1 would cover everything. Of course the concept of dimensionality is different. But just the concepts of space and time it’s dependent on type.

That's for the tier of the actual concept and not transcending them. Ultima even says this (There is no meaningful difference between concept of dimensions or concept of space and time here)

Space-Time is literally dimensional axes, so of course, transcend the concept of space-time is no different from transcend the concept of dimensions
