Kakashi still loses bad. Law's hax is impossible for the Sharingan to read as all Law needs to do is swing his sword, and it's not like the Sharingan grants danger sense or allows Kakashi to instantly know what Law swinging in the air will do to him.

Even if you wanted to argue Kakashi uses Kamui, Law has counters thanks to his Observation and Devil Fruit ability. He can easily block Kakashi's vision with the surroundings and swing his sword and "cut" Kakashi into pieces.

When has he or Obito ever done anything like that? It's literally listed in Kakashi's weakness that he can't teleport rapidly:

After careful consideration, I think Law is the best choice even though Kakashi could theoretically one shot Law via Kamui/Kamui Raikiri. I think Laws teleportation and Observation Haki will keep him from getting tagged. Plus going Susanoo would be the worst decision for Kakashi, given what Shock Willie did to Big Mom.

Kenbunshoku haki precog is like Force precog. Kakashi isn't touching law before law pulls out his own hax to cut kakashi into pieces if law can sense Kamui attempts and Sharingan precog (which this is new era kakashi and doesn't have sharingan anymore) doesn't provide danger sense or seeing seconds into the future with some future sight stuff

Imo, there is no reason for Kakashi to hold back. Law's room (A light-blue force field that spreads around the area) should alert him to activate kamui: intangibility for defence. Both fighters are grounded, kamui intangibility is more likely than Susanoo.

That line of reasoning doesn’t hold up. Kenbunshoku Haki has consistently allowed users to perceive and predict teleportation and gimmicks. This means Kakashi’s Kamui-based phasing and teleportation are unreliable evasive tools against Law, who would be fully capable of tracking Kakashi’s movements and predicting his shifts between dimensions.

Moreover, Law’s Room is not a static area of effect — it actively envelops and tracks his target. No matter where Kakashi tries to escape using Kamui, once he's marked within Room, the spatial manipulation follows him. There’s no possibility of Law missing or him being "out of range."

As for Kamui intangibility, it also falls short here. Kakashi phases by sending parts of his body into the Kamui dimension, but this can't be sustained indefinitely. Meanwhile, Kenbunshoku Haki grants Clairvoyance and Cosmic Awareness, allowing Law to continue to tracking Kakashi even across dimensional ranges. The moment Kakashi becomes tangible again, even momentarily, is the exact moment Law capitalizes and ends the fight.

Law’s one-shot attacks are pretty much guaranteed hits unlike Kakashi’s attacks which can be spatially BFR'd, defended against with Busoshoku Haki, or outright nullified by Law’s superior battlefield control.

I'd also like to mention that every single one of Law's swings cut space. Without any prior knowledge, if Kakashi tries to engage him head-on, he’s as good as done — sliced apart in an instant like Tashigi.
