Sekiro CRT: Open Gate Wielders
Wolf straight up claims Open Gate from Owl after killing him in the Shura ending, who himself had to kill Genichiro to get it as he didn't have it prior to Wolf battling Isshin and Emma. So I suggest giving it them as optional equipment since it only happens in one very specific ending of the game.

I Playing Sekiro but when my health is low and I jump into a boss fight, it feels like I'm in the Matrix and just manage to win by sheer luck.

When you say your health is low do you mean like the healthbar is low or that you're wounded when you enter a boss fight?

I took some damage from the enemies, I didn't have any healing gourds or anything else to heal when I wanted to enter the boss fight.
