Context:
Cecil Stedman realizes Earth is in danger once Conquest, one of the most feared Viltrumites shows up with plans to subjugate Invincible and the Earth itself. Outmatched and desperate, Cecil taps into interdimensional technology he’s been developing in secret. He sends a request across realities for any being powerful enough to stand against Conquest and Makima answers.
Intrigued by Cecil’s promise of influence and resources beyond her own world, the Control Devil agrees and teleport's Conquest to her own dimension. He emerges in Tokyo, Japan, where Cecil has gathered all who are willing to witness and take note of the fight. Conquest remains for a battle and looking toward his new opponent, who also seeks to Conquer him.
All Japanese Citizens are present. (But not in one place)
Match Assumptions & Battle Conditions:
- Character Versions: Both at Standard Battle Assumptions (SBA) level.
- Victory Conditions: As per SBA (death, incapacitation, or any other standard victory method).
- State of Mind: In-character with the intent to win (SBA).
- Knowledge: SBA stipulations; no special knowledge of each other’s verses/powers unless normally available.
- Preparation Time: None beyond their usual readiness, unless otherwise stated.
- Equipment: Standard and optional equipment each would typically bring to an important confrontation.
- Time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Location: 1997 Japan (Chainsaw Man Universe setting).
- Starting Distance: 4 kilometers apart (SBA default).
- Outside Influence: None; bystanders will not aid either side. Observers are there merely to watch.
- Verse Equalization: Useless here (no direct cross-verse compatibility required).
- Speed: Equalized.
- All Japanese Citizens Present: Due to the invitation and lavish monetary incentive.
Additional Relevant Rules:
- No outside help or intervention from other characters.
- Both parties are fully healed before the fight begins (SBA).

- Ability to manipulate, dominate, or contract with beings she sees as inferior to her.
- Damage Transferal via her contract which extends to all Japanese Citizens

- Incredible physical strength and durability.
- Huge combat experience.
- Rapid healing factor, though advanced age can limit certain regenerative capabilities.
- Ferocious fighting style, honed from centuries of conquest and battles.
Discussion To Note:
- Conquest is 37.78 quadrillion times stronger than Makima.
- Makima is actually Invincible but limited to Japanese lives.
- Will Conquest be able to take down Makima permanently?
