Inchoate World plans to reduce Astral Realm and Sky-realm into nothing and replace them.
He was successful at replicating Sky-realm which would grant him 5D
But the narration stated that he is on the level of a Creator
As we know Inchoate World created foundations of reality and even Orologia and the Six Dragons are merely the Foundation of the world yet they treat reality as mere information 7D (Sky-realm 5D, Astral Realm 6D, Otherworld 7D) in their personality and Orologia needed to connect to the boundary which is the 8D to create a replica and simulation of reality
So tiering is at least 7D, likely 8D if he really is a Creator level
To give more Context regarding the Creator. it is mentioned multiple times and is said to be resisting the New World. and as far as we know the only Current creator residing in Sky-realm is
Sky-God who still maintains the World.
So at the very least him being likely 8D does imply he is on the level of the Sky-God which is 8D
With that said Inchoate World in his last Key should be 8D
and he should gain the abilities listed above such and his possibly abilities being full abilities rather than possibly. and gains God Physiology for becoming a genuine God
Large Size Type 10 for being the entirety of his own Realm as Creators are the wholeness of reality
