Damn...didn't even know he had a CRT...been so long gone.
The first link for the scan of "Immunity to plot manipulation" is not working for me. This should be the link for it -
Mythical beings have transcended the story.
"Resistance to plot should be changed to immunity to plot" - I have no problem with the change for Wei Huo with the information from just his novel...the current novel of the author connected 4 of his and the whole "plot/story" has become a lot more confusing and "meta". I'll likely make a thread in the future with the changes (one of the novels has an entire narrative set of layers with each floor of a Tower (the cosmos being the tower and the current MC being the one who created it) observing those bellow like a storybook (each floor having a "character" within the story that is transcended by the "author" which at its own is transcended by the "audience". The cosmos of Wei Huo changed a bit too, the Author/Creator/Dreamer of it is just a split personality of the current MC who created it as a way to train himself and Wei Huo still somehow is beyond his conception (was not created by this split personality) and exist independent. There is more an even higher cosmologies but yeah, not worth to mention it now.
Coming back to Wei Huo's novel. His universe (the one where the story happens in most part of the novel), has multiple races, each with their own viewpoints but all come to the same origin at the end (even a Robot from another world who had no idea about the
Concept of Yin and Yang, nor Taiji still had created something similar in logic) - ie: space-time being affected by gravity, the same three limits of a being within the universe (Individual Limit - limit of what a race can reach; Biological Limit - limit of what any creature can reach within the universe; Limit of Physics - limit of all laws of the physics of an universe). As it can been in the scans posted by Livinmeme, no matter how advanced science and technology get, they can't surprass the limit of Physics of the said universe (which
only Rules do) and how they are beyond human concepts which include Laws that are abstract like
Death. There was a Mythical Being who would travel through universes and
observe their main laws which shouldn't be necessary if each universe had the same laws of physics as they already can
manipulate everything within the universe, and if something
doesn't defy the laws then it can't hurt them. They once traveled to
another universe whose laws were different and every being was energy based and without adapting it would kill anyone if they aren't of Mythical rank.
The Void Realm is conceptual in nature (more likely
it lacks the concepts themselves as its shown here) as
it changed by how each being views - if you see it as white then its white, if you see it as black then its black, a world where nothing exist but everything exist just like how a human brain can image all things, all shaped by your own beliefs. Mythological beings can affect it.
The Laws of Physics as it can be seen are transceded by Rules which no
physical principle can explain it as they go against
reason, ignores principles, and breaks the axioms. Unfortunatelly, the author didn't develop more on how it breaks the axioms, it just mentioned that.
Life and Death doesn't matter to them as they are Rules.
Knowledge itself can be turned to power through Rules.
Time itself is just a concept created by humans which can be manipulated by Mythical beings and likely all other concepts of the same scope/principle as they control all things in the universe. Basically, Mythical Beings exist beyond such concepts as they are Rules themselves, so in a way they are beings that are of higher standing than the human concepts.
I think Mythical Beings should fit for Nonduality Type 2.
Another thing to note is that I think that Mythical Beings should get
Conceptual Manipulation based on these things (Type 2) at least as its shown how the laws of the universe are concepts controlled by them which govern the entire reality....maybe Type 1 as Rules transcend and are independend from them (type 2), didacting how they operate as they see fit.
