Yes, but in a different way than you are describing. Saitama and Flash were LITERALLY removed from the flow of time. Regulus still exists in time, it's just stopped, functionally "removing" him from it in the metaphorical sense. Can you at least send chapter numbers so I can check out what you're talking about?
This doesn't explain how him being a spatial distortion equates to invulnerability, when that's not how the ability works and not how spatial distortions in OPM work either. She's aware that he's a distortion, the effects of this beyond that distortion wouldn't be known.

I don't know why you're beginning a line of questioning like spatial distortions obviously mean invulnerability, as if I'm missing something that you aren't. If you can explain why being a distortion in space would inherently mean being invulnerable, then do, if you don't have one, then that's also fine.

They were removed from the world's flow of time while being there. It's basic to think they wouldn't be affected by any kind interference from the world. basically invincibility
(umless Tatsumaki weirdly starts to believe she can hurt someone outside the current flow of time of the world).

Nobody told me that two of my favorite characters were fighting. I will remember this.
Some things I want to clarify since I scrolled through this match...
1. Tatsumaki is not going to mass murder 50+ innocent women just because they are related to Regulus. She's a hero. Her job is literally to protect the innocent. She has actively protected people from her / her enemy's surrounding destruction before. Example being when she put everyone underground in her psychic barriers when Psykorohi was rising to the surface. While she has almost had innocent people killed before as a result of her actions, she has never directly tried to do this. It has always been accidental.
To say that she would immediately kill all of Regulus' wives is a disgusting caricature of her character that completely ignores her heroism. It is disappointing to me that other OPM fans would even try that argument. Y'all should know better.
2. Tatsumaki is not going to start with BFR. Her first move is always, always going for TK crush. You would be hard-pressed to find a time when it isn't. And the only time when she deliberately tried to BFR someone far away was at the very end of the Saitama fight, after she had exhausted practically ever other move she has in her arsenal. She is extremely confident in her abilities.
3. Tatsumaki has never been faced with an ability like Regulus', nor does such an ability even exist in the entire OPM universe. Saying she'd find out he is some spatial abnormality, and then extrapolating that to her somehow noting he is invincible is such a far reach it is incomprehensible to me. Especially because Regulus is a temporal anomaly, not just a spatial one. It is far more likely for her to simply believe he is extremely strong and/or capable of resisting her TK somehow, similar to Saitama. But, because of her own confidence, she would simply keep applying more of her power.
Furthermore, even if she somehow gained that information, it doesn't really help her in any meaningful way unless she has the intuition to connect that ability to his wives, which is an extremely tough thing to sort out.

Now, what would Tatsumaki actually do?
Her first moves are going to be crushing, throwing, and trying to mangle Regulus with her TK. When Regulus isn't bothered at all by these things, she'll probably use the environment. When that doesn't work, she'll look towards throwing him into space.
Regulus has an authority which lets him ignore Tatsumaki's defenses and throw things at FTL, but Tatsumaki is fast enough to aim dodge pretty much everything. Regulus usually holds back a lot and doesn't try so much to kill the opponent. He was struggling to hit Subaru, who could also aim dodge things. Tatsumaki is much faster with much more mobility. She should be capable of the same for some time as he yaps.
If Regulus manages to hit her a single time, she dies. No real argument there.
Tatsumaki has a much harder time actually doing anything to Regulus. It's possible she could sense the abnormalities within Regulus' body and connect that to his Lion's Heart. She has a TK ability which seemingly allows her to sense metaphysical connections like that, since she was able to find Psykos' real body from Gyoro practically instantly.
The probability of this happening in the fight seems low, but it is possible. If she connected those things, she could definitely win through destroying the heart that is latched onto his wives and then fighting Regulus with the time limit restraint.
Though, it is much more likely Regulus gets serious and kills her before that happens.
Otherwise, she could try BFR. This is way more in-character and requires less assumptions. The issue is that she only tried this once, at the END of a fight that lasted quite some time.
By that point, Regulus could have already just said "no" to being moved around by TK, though... which is a very effective counter.
Overall, Regulus just has a way easier time winning this one. I have to make a lot of assumptions on Tatsumaki's behalf to even come up with solid win-conditions. I do not have to do this when discussing Regulus.
That fact tells me who I should vote for.

Against Saitama when she thought he was a ghost she immediately went for BFR. This is particularly noteworthy because Tatsumaki can not interact with ghosts but went straight for BFR. In this match Tatsumaki would be aware that because Regulus is a living spatial distortion. Spatial distortions aren't really things you can interact with, in a similar manner to ghosts. Going based off of the closest example, Tatsumaki would definitely go for BFR here.
You quite literally explained what she did against someone who she thought was a ghost. She would apply max power to blow them away.

Going with Regulus. Regulus just says no to everything Tatsumaki has. He came back from being thrown on the moon so I'm pretty sure that he can come back from being blown into space. He just has an instant win button tbh of Tatsumaki tries anything too stupid.

Voting Tatsumaki. She'd BFR Regulus as thats her starting move against opponents she believes she can't interact with. Tatsumaki can see the hearts within Regulus' wives the same way she saw the lumps of flesh within Gyoro Gyoro before extracting it. She can also sense Regulus' ability within them the same say Bang could with Garou and God via Ki sensing. She can either then extract the pseudo-hearts manually or make them disappear entirely in order to not kill the wives.

Spatial distortions can not be interacted with.
Bang sensing god's power within Garou does correlate to sensing Regulus' in the wives.
I don't know if you just, haven't read the thread but this has been long addressed.
Tatsumaki has higher reactions so her attack while go off first every time. Regulus has normal human reactions while Tatsumaki has MHS+ reactions. What that means is that it would take Regulus 0.2 seconds before he launches an attack while it would take Tatsumaki 0.00000294 - 0.0000003336 seconds, aka ample time for her to BFR him to space. And like people have mentioned, while that won't send Regulus away forever, it does give Tatsumaki enough time to deal with the wives. Tatsumaki has Rel+ attack speed and what that means is that this is the speed Regulus would be getting launched away/into space at. By the time Regulus launches his attack (at the 0.2 second mark) Tatsumaki would have already dealt with the wives and gained started her next assault from far in the air.

I initially voted for Tatsumaki, but after reading Phoenks message about her first move not being BFR, I changed my mind. The reason I thought she would win was because I assumed that would be her immediate go to strategy. The ghost argument wasn’t convincing because she already knows she can’t interact with ghosts, she explicitly states that in the link you sent. But with Regulus is not a ghost and she wouldn't know that he's "uninteractable" or "invincible" at glance. It’s a completely different situation. She’d throw everything at him before resorting to BFR, and she’d likely just assume he’s extremely durable, just like she did with Saitama.

She senses him as a spatial distortion. Whether or not she knows the specifics of his time being stopped or not, even if her knowledge is just limited to him being a walking spatial distortion, that's enough for her to know that she can not interact with him because spatial distortions aren't things that can be interacted with.

By that logic, if she’s so sure that spatial distortions can’t be interacted with, then she wouldn’t try to interact with him at all, including BFR because that's also interacting with something. If she immediately assumes he’s untouchable just from sensing the distortion, then she wouldn’t waste time throwing attacks or interacting with him in the first place. But since she would attack first before realizing he’s unaffected, that means she wouldn’t immediately conclude that he’s beyond interaction just from sensing the distortion. Spatial distortions come in many forms and Tatsumaki hasn't seen anything like regulus's

Why would she try to blow something away if she already knows she can't interact with it? She knew she couldn’t affect the ghost, which is why she stopped using her power on it. The only reason she attacked Saitama while thinking he was a ghost was because she initially believed he wasn’t the real thing.
She literally says, "No… no way… are you a real ghost? What’s the meaning of this?" after realizing her attack didn’t work. Then when Saitama tells her he isn’t a ghost, she follows up with, "Don’t lie! If you weren’t a ghost, why did my psychic power not affect you?"
She only stopped trying on the ghost once she was certain it was real, but she still tried first when she wasn't sure if it's the real thing, since she can't sense whether a ghost is real or not in the way she can sense if something has spatial distortions or not. If she thought Regulus was untouchable just from sensing his distortion, she wouldn’t attack him at all, not even with BFR, because she'd know just by sensing him that he's the real thing.

Theres even relates (old statements) of her going on rampage and destroying cities, causing alot of devastation.
Tatsumaki just does her job. It’s like you have never read the manga, its not like shes a sweetheart hero. She was literally willing to let A class heroes die at the monster association arc just because they were too weak to protect.
If she’s all out from the beggining she would just clear the battlefield no matter what.

First of all, the second picture came before the first, so the context is already off. Tatsumaki wasn’t trying to kill Fubuki’s acquaintances, she wanted to cripple them, which is why she didn’t go all out and just obliterate the building. Whether she knew people were inside or not is irrelevant because if she actually wanted them dead, she could have easily made that happen, but she didn’t.“acidental” LOL

also its worth noting that Tatsumaki just personally hates Fubuki’s group for whatever reason, which influenced her actions. If she were as ruthless as you're implying, she would have thrown the car full of people at Saitama, yet instead, not only did she save the car from destruction after saitama accidently deflected the rock there way, she saved them before saitama could and carefully put them down and told them to leave.
Like we discussed before, she won't see Regulus’s wives as opponents. She has no reason to hate them the way she hates Fubuki’s group, and since they won't be hostile or resisting in any way, she’ll just see them as normal civilians.
