Hah, I just realized—for every planet with sentient life, a mortal is selected and made a god to act as a Guardian for their respective population, and Planet Vegeta is a planet with sentient. Like how Kami succeeded the previous Guardian of Earth, Shin the Elder Kai, and eventually Toppo the God of Destruction Belmod, the Super Saiyan God is most likely the Saiyan's Guardians, elected by their peers and promoted to godhood.

King Kai uses Telekinesis, Kami supposedly can use Telekinesis given Piccolo can, Kibito uses Telekinesis, Shin uses Telekinesis, Grand Supreme Kai uses Telekinesis, Whis uses Telekinesis, and Zamasu uses Telekinesis; in fact, Zamasu asserts, as a god, using Telekinesis is "our own way of fighting". I have a sneaking suspicion that Goku develops Telekinesis in Ultra Instinct because he is accessing the powers of higher gods—like, say, the Angel. Oh, and Goku turning a boulder into grain could be the Matter Manipulation technique Whis demonstrated in Battle of Gods.

Did you see that Goku SSJ 4 shook the 3 levels of hell? I remember that in episode 3 it is said that the worlds were separated by interdimensional portals, I remember that most of the worlds have stars and planets (even one of them has a completely starry sky).

Also they are not separated by space and time, you can get there by using the tunnels (not portal tunnels, normal tunnels)

Guys I might be wrong cause I'm a jjk and dbz fan so i have twice the lack reading comprehension but my friend said ssj3 goku shook/affected the universe when he first transformed, am I tripping or smthn.
edit: nvm, he was talking about the janemba movie. But goku's ki could be felt from the kai planet so wouldn't that give him low multi range?

Goku in the anime shook the earth and his ki reached the Kaioshin world which is outside the space-time of the Universe, so it would be a low-multiversal reach.
At the time Goku shook all hell, all the kingdoms in the afterlife became infinite, so this would be High Universal ( i don't remember Goku's ki going from hell to the Kaioshin realm, i only remember his transformation shaking hell)

Genuinely, has Korin ever been sensed before? Daizenshuu 7 and Super Exciting Guide: Character Guide identifies Korin and Mr. Popo as "personnel [of…] the gods of the afterlife", being the Attendants to the Guardian of Earth, and Mr. Popo's Ki cannot be sensed—at least, by a Post-King Piccolo Saga Goku.
