I believe I understand now.

In that case, I have no problem with any of these rankings on paper.

Again, though, I am not knowledgeable enough to know if any of the justifications themselves are inaccurate or taken out of context.

What do we do about the consistently ineffable nature about the likes of Galactus, Chtlon, and others ? I can give you the scans if you need them, but for Galactus it was during the old Silver Surfer run. Galactus is referred to as utterly beyond form and understanding, so utility ineffable that it is futility itself to comprehend him, and referred to as consistently beyond our understanding (our, as in us, it was narration speaking to us)

There’s nothing specific about that. Any tier can get non-duality/transduality it doesn’t make someone stronger. So, it’s not a “High 1-A” kind, whatever that means. Only 0 are different but that’s because they naturally are non-dual in the purest sense.

I believe Eternity gets High 1-A because he embodies all Levels of the Dream and due to his crazy statements that I mentioned in this thread. He's too important in DeMatteis' stories to not get a key.
Doctor Strange may get High 1-A for being able to sustain the entire Dream of Existence. 'May' is not because of his feats but because I'm unsure if he's notable enough despite his consistent role across DeMatteis' Marvel stories to get one (He's literally in every storyline) . Silver Surfer is in the same boat, he undoubtedly has the feats, is way more important than Strange in DeMatteis' stories, and is really consistent in his role as he appears in literally every single storyline of DeMatteis' Marvel Stories with the exception of Strange's adventure dealing with the ghosts of his pasts and into Shamballa.
Man-Thing basically does what Doctor Strange does but on crack so he becomes High 1-A. He undoubtedly gets one because of how important he is.
Franklin gets High 1-A+ (Type 1) for his ridiculous feats in Daydreamers and his upscaling towards others who would've also ended up Type 1 High 1-A+ as a result. Franklin and the events of Heroes Reborn are consistently referred to across DeMatteis' storylines, with the only one where it isn't mentioned in is the Chaos War tie in storylines, Strange's adventures dealing with the ghosts of his pasts and Shamballa. So yeah he'd get a key.
Oblivion gets High 1-A+ (Type 2) via his nature. He's way too important to not get a key.

The profiles are still intermingled between the current Marvel Cosmology and DeMatteis. Should we just leave it or just remove the link?

I think that we should clearly keep the scaling separate between the two cosmologies, but would appreciate if you can formulate a plan of approach to properly achieve this.

My approach just would be rewording the current one and remove the link pertaining to DeMatteis. Since I will revise the main Cosmology in the future, I'll add the appropriate links and scans to the justification then. For now, they'll just be just sentences without the links(only the ones that don't belong).

Hmm. It is definitely not an ideal solution, but is preferable to nothing I suppose. Are you certain that you and other knowledgeable members cannot handle it before that?
