Besides, Dipper can shrink Goku down with his flashlight, something he did before and experienced himself by having Gideon do it to him. Yeah I agree with these points. But another thing to note is the lifting strength advantage Goku has over Dipper, which could be a threat to Dipper if he gets grabbed. However, the crystal flashlight would help Dipper overcome it.

Good luck for Oozaru Goku grabbing Dipper though, since speed is equal but Dipper is more nimble and has fighting skills as he fought the Multi Bear. Also yeah Dipper would just shrink Goku if he tries to grab him

Dipper also captured a gremloblin in the series who is a lot bigger than Dipper, probably with this method

Didn't Goku's son, Gohan, do that mouth blast thing as an Oozaru when he was, like, four and still couldn't bring himself to fight? I would think Goku would be capable of doing the mouth blast thing since his own flesh and blood with like no combat experience could do it.

Gohan was far stronger than Goku in Oozaru, and I don't think we give characters stuff they didn't show to have

But yeah if Dipper is downgraded to 9-A then this is a stomp for Goku regardless of size (though small size definitely weakens people in gravity falls but Goku's strength comes from his ki too)
