I never said naruto's soul manipulation is better than bleach; it's a fact that bleach has better soul manip because the whole story is about souls. That's like saying bleach's ocular power doesn't compare to Naruto; yes it doesn't because Naruto is about dojutsus not bleach. but i said Naruto characters don't have any problems at seeing and interacting with them

Bleach hax are better as well.
Get them to first bypass gillian level defense that is after passing unconventional resistance though.
Naruto someday might solo OP. But comparing it to bleach in any way is stupid af.

It's specifically an ocular ability. It's literally derived from Yhwach's eyes.... It's described using visual language (everything that he sees is powerless against him, he views countless possibilities etc)

And most of bleach characters lack physical body, which means its NPI
Also i didn't see any resistance to NPI in the characters that you listed. So still there's no problem at interacting with them imo

I like how in early bleach they don’t info dump stuff all at once and lets things build up slowly compared to tybw, starting with a premise of fighting hollows —> reason for hollows being what they are—> destination of hollows (ss/hell) —> and now other forces that deal with their enemies in a different manner

honestly one of my fav moments from the first arc ( AS IN THE REAL FIRST ARC NOT SS)
is when Rukia basically tries to instill a sense of duty into ichigo which ichigo rejects instead choosing to re frame the choice as one made with your own agency as oppose to a blind sense of responsibility, its also a really fun insight into who ichigo is as a person.

the Byakugan is also able to predict and anticipate movements... and Mukai (a half Hyuga with only one Byakugan) beat the crap out of Shisui and Itachi, and he only lost bc he forced Shisui to use MS. The Three Tomoe is OP but it doesn't "shit stomp" the Byakugan

It's kinda pointless cause just like Cursed Spirits in JJK, Bleach souls are physically tangible to even regular humans. As Rukia puts it:
Stronger souls have the advantage of being able to interact with the real world because of their density but this also makes it possible for regular humans to touch them.

Not all souls in Bleach are tangible to normal humans. Pluses for example are explicitly not tangible because of their low Reishi density.
Also every soul in Bleach cannot be damaged by regular humans, unless spiritually empowered, because of the innate compositional difference between the physical and the spiritual. So it's technically incorrect to say that is the only thing regular humans are incapable of doing.
