[His.] Vegeta paratized with Baby who appears in "Dragon Ball GT". He siphons the Saiyan power of Gohan, Goten, Trunks and Bra, becoming Super Baby 1. Further more, he stole power from the Earthlings and became his final form, Super Baby 2.
[Par.] Baby enters Vegeta's body through his wounds and parasitizes his form. Based on Vegeta's body, his conciousness was taken over by Baby. Immediately after being parasitized, Vegeta's hair color becomes white and lines appear on his face. After absorbing Vegeta's Saiyan power, his appearence took on more and more factors from Baby. He planted eggs inside the Earthlings which brainwashed them and became king of the Tsufulians and created Planet Tsuful with the Ultimate Dragon Balls to try and enact his Universal Tsufulization Plan.
[Tech.] He can power up by absorbing his allies' power. As he has the body of Vegeta, he can transform into a giant ape by exposing himself to Bruits Waves. He uses Super Galick Cannon and Revenge Death Ball which can be said to be an evil Genki Dama.
[Bat.] He was completely victorious over Son Goku upto Super Saiyan 3. After that, Goku becomes a golden giant ape and then a Super Saiyan 4 and they fight again. Even though he became a giant golden ape with the Bruits Wave Amplification Device Bulma built, his tail was cut off and he was defeated by Goku's Tenfold Kamehameha. Baby, who became large in accordance with the size of the giant ape, escaped from Vegeta's body as he couldn't match the rate of his body returning from being a giant ape. He tried to take a spaceship and escape into space, but Goku's Kamehameha pushed his spaceship into the sun where he completely disappeared."

And my headcanon...was actually canon this entire time.

I feel like Vegeta whenever he points his thumb at himself.

.....depends? Like, an Infinite speed char would be "the same speed" as a passive that just happens without traveling space for example......no idea how that would interact

But radiation for example? Not much of a problem as radiation takes finite time to affect cells, which is nothinf for infinite speed chars
 
Personally, I think it was just unnecessary instigation to get DB fans to start arguing with OPM fans.

Like I'm not a OPM fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I think it's pretty cool that there's another MTFL+ feat in the series with some spatial hax on top of that. Yet for some reason, they had to bring in Dragon Ball to the conversation.

Again, I just think it's unnecessary and a waste of time for all parties involved with petty and needless squabbling.
 
would it be in-character for goku to sparr with saitama so that he catches up to him (if ever does know how his ever-increasing depending in his emotional state)?

Based on what I’m seeing, Raven upscales 2747 Foe, whereas Buu is at 21 MegaFoe.

So he should have a sizable advantage over her in strength. That said, Raven’s litany of haxes, (and a majority of them being Magic and thought based), would probably allow her to stomp him. Especially because he loses his Infinite Stamina when fighting against other Magical Beings. (So if she takes awhile to try them for whatever reason, he’d have decreased stamina and less ability to attack).

No that's only fighting another buu, the counter example your thinking of is when buu became the lord of lords, at which point buu's power set totally swapped with the lord of lords

Isn't his stamina issue specifically against other buu's?

The previous two replies already mentioned it, but Buu is only exhausted when battling another Buu. He fought the Lord of Lords and Supreme Demon King Dabura without any trouble; though, then again, they weren't really able to inflict much damage or even challenge him for very long.

Literally during the kid buu fight The narrator says something like "it seems if buu fights another buu he can get tired." Some people wanted to change that time magical creature for a bit because the lord of lords seemed to get tired against moro but it was decided buu transforming into the lord of lords was just a complete stat swap.
