OVTrix doesn't have a recharge time at all, if Ben Times Out he will just turn again at that moment, something he always does practically everytime throughout OV.
I wouldn't use that as a factor.

Yes it does. There are several cases where Ben was transformed back into a human because the time limit ran out and he was forced to dodge his enemy attacks for a while before it charged again but tbf the recharge time can be instantaneous should his life be in danger.

That's just the OG / UAF.
You can see practically every episode that the moment he goes back to human, the watch recherches instantly, even without being in danger at all.

Some may be recharged instantly but others he had to take cover or dodge and wait for the watch to recharge

Omnitrix gives the right alien for the fight omnitrix would go for Clockwork and he would be aware about Erza is from another universe because of temporal metaphysic sense and go for TS and BFR

She wouldn't but she's a smart fighter. Every time she sees Ben using the watch to transform she would know of Ben's abilities after a short while and how he is able to transform and its limits

Ben's go to is always smash first think later mentality. Why do you think in Omniverse in the first dozen episodes he always asks for Humongousaur but of course he got the wrong alien (Of course majority of the time its his fault because he didn't even choose Humungousaur). Sure over time he got past this mentality and would always think before going into a fight but the likely hood of him choosing Clockwork is slim

When the watch haa a consistency of doing exactly the opposite, it is PIS.
If a character was able to fly in 70 episodes, but couldn't in 6, where would the consistency be?

You know that Nemetrix is malfunctioned the omnitrix right? Also humungausour isn't a perfect Alien for every standart pretty much one of the reason omnitrix didn't give him Humungausour against other villains then Zed, and of course there are some inconsistency in the show much like a P.I.S otherwise Ben wouldn't state than in the end of omniverse "it seems like it is giving the right alien every time" ı've literally shared the imgur 1 page ago if you want to check, anyways the matter is what Omnitrix's choice not Ben's

Ben wouldn't choose him, the Omnitrix would.
That's the thing, EoS OV Ben wouldn't fight the Omnitrix's choice, unlike how he did troughout the series.

I didn't actually made a comment about what Ben would choose or not or his mentality, i was reffering to omnitrix, because omnitrix is selecting the alien for the fight not Ben himself

Basically Ben goes for an alien that he wants but he gets a different alien because he unintentionally chose that alien. In the beginning Ben wanted Humungousaur but he chose Spider-Monkey and got Spider Monkey. In another episode he wanted XLR8 so he can save a girl from a burning house but he chose Rath and got Rath. Thats the point I'm making. Ben not getting the alien he wants because he intentionally or unintentionally chose a different alien. I'm not disagreeing on the whole "Omnitrix gives Ben the right alien based on the right situation" part.

Oh i see your point and yeah you are right about he thinks he is getting wrong aliens but also sometimes omnitrix really doesn't give the Alien he wants even if he selects what he wants just adding this not disagreeing with you, then why are you believing omnitrix wouldn't give Clockwork for this situation because it seems like Clockwork is the only possible wincon for Ben

Why? Ben have others Aliens that can deal with Erza why specifically Clockwork?
And like, Erza can easily defeat Clockwork before he hax her due to already resisting time Manipulation + her own combat skills would overwhelm Clockwork due to his bad mobility, I really doubt is the best option.

No, it isn't.
Big Chill is s wincon, even if her sword can counter AZ, her body doesn't, if Ben freezer from the insides, she wouldn't be sble to get free (something he does in character).
Goop is also a wincon, since she isn't resisting Acid Manip.
And of course, Ben's immense LS advantage.
