Only in hand to hand. That's why I asked if Walker has a shield because Homie will spam heat vision first and foremost which is bad because USA has zero heat resistance. The massive difference in LS will also be an issue.

Since Ap and speed is equalised, Walker should have a better chance at winning this one, purely with his combat skills and experience as a soldier.
Then again, that's only if walker has his shield, otherwise 'Omelandah will one shot.
