Strongest 5-D Characters on the Wiki

The fact that he lied about a standard, Wouldn't allow the thread to closed even if it had 2× disagrees even tho he attempted to get threads close on a basis of 1 vote difference,

Is pretty scumy behavior.

Yeah any issues with the conduct or behaviour of a staff member needs to be taken to HR (usually a Bureaucrat or an experienced admin), then the issue gets evaluated and resolved in private though a brief cliffnotes version of the outcome usually becomes public with obviously sensitive information being omitted.

No, it's 6D. Underworld hill transcends 4D spacetime (5D) < Backyard is qualitatively superior over everything in the verse including underworld hill (6D). It's just nobody pays attention to cosmology structures like that.

That only can happen If R>F makes you tier 0 proposition passes, which isn't probably going to happen due to the mods prefering escence and being shenanigans tier 0 proposition...Also those dudes are even weaker than devilman/doomguy

There's no plan to make R>F Tier 0, there was a thread to make R>F 1-A though which got accepted

I think the confusion from how 1-A in the new system is the same as tier 0 in the old system. To quote Ultima:
