The only person in the verse that I've never seen Urahara fanboys say he wins against is Aizen, and that's because Aizen is relative to Urahara in intelligence and is WAYYYY stronger.
Despite that, prep time is a factor that's completely ignored when arguing for Aizen.

Prep urahara would have hogyoku in his arsenal and he would do things better than aizen.
But I've no idea how mayuri might beat them with prep

Kisuke.

Far more versatile, strategic, and unscrupulous. Unohana might overwhelm him in cqc, but he doesn't ever have to engage that with Kido or planning like he did to askin. He has counters towards the acid of Unohana's bankai with his own Bankai's reconstruction or his Kaido healing.

Urahara knows how to make the complete one now. Such that he can essentially create his own SK candidates/Hikone's at will using it.

Urahara is an anomally among top level captains.
Unohana is far superior to urahara in terms of strength, but urahara's bankai is definitely capable of countering that disadvantage.
Only bankai within SS that urahara can't counter with his bankai are yamamoto, asult toshiro, azashiro, kuroyashiki's bankai. Logically he should be able to counter these bankais with his tricks.
Urahara is countering every other bankai within SS with his own bankai alone.
Forget about his main strength unknown means.
