Naruto to Boruto Discussion Thread

What's a filler arc in Naruto (P1 and P2) that y'all wish would get canonized?
Imo it's the Chikara arc (the one with fake Nard who's made of snakes)
 


I was very impressed when I first watched it. In the final episode of Naruto Classic, Gaara, not Naruto, defeats the enemy. I was saying that when I first watched it. I wish there were no filler in this episode and the Shukaku Spear technique was canon.

Yeah, Naruto at this point, especially when he's angry in Nine Tails Power, tends to bull rush everything with speed and power until it's defeated, it worked in the series so far...up til this arc, especially against enemies that are better fighters than he is.

Surprised they didn't squeeze out one final Nine Tails Chakra boost for the finale or even have Naruto go one tail again for the final boss, but I guess it's to drive the point home he needs to train to get stronger.

Why is that? We know post LoW, Kakashi was training off-screen to get his body back into shape thanks to the Rock Climbing scene, and we know he at least trained to some degree during the TS as he was able to then access MS. Why would Haku still be considered > Kakashi post LoW?

I could understand that reasoning if we were to use the fact that Zabuza is still able to fight Kakashi as an Edo (Despite the Weakening), but a lot of you guys want to use his demon aura stuff as a mental amp to excuse that away (despite the fact that is not stated or implied). So what justification does Haku have to out-scale Kakashi post LoW?

It's just that there's no separate keys between any version of Kakashi from beginning of P1 to FKS. I heavily disagree, but that's the way it is right now. I even tried to argue for Kakashi getting a separate post-training key in the P1 speed revisions but that was soft rejected/something shelved away to discuss later.

I was really happy watching this arc as a kid, because Gaara is so cool.

Power. But I did like some other ones. Village of Artisans, Curry of Life Lightning Swords Child Abuse Arc, and of course, Star Cancer Super Saiyan Rosé arc were all pretty good.

Just know that after the scene in the hospital since you're not watching the filler arcs, skip to the final episode and move to the part they're in the hospital, because that's where the canon story officially continues (and ends in the case of Part 1).
 
Why doesn't Kaguya Ōtsutsuki have any immortality? It is made clear that she is immortal, she cannot be killed and you can only finish her by sealing her, she is the Jūbi herself, who like the nine bijuus can also be resurrected after a while, and she also has an immortality like Isshiki to return through karma which is immortality type 6




Am i the only one who noticed, but all the Ōtsutsuki don't have any immortality in their profile?

Pretty soild for the most part, I like a good number of characters. The world building is pretty decent and the fights have been pretty good(expect for Naruto vs kimmaro, that was ass). My main complaint is probably Sakura, she had a whole moment in the forest of death and the preliminary’s to become a real ninja and not be weak anymore. She had a whole month to train and learn something but no. also most of the female gennin feel pretty underused. Can’t think of much else that I really dislike as of right now.
