I think since Miguel is here, the rest of Geto’s group should come and have a plan they made with Yuki like a last resort that has to do with souls. There’s just no sense in Yuji being who beats Sukuna anymore

if i do use his anime render, though, i'll have to use mei mei's, which i hate.

This was never stated or implied.
CE output Gojo ~ Sukuna > Ryu by feats. Ryu only had highest CE output in CG. Even Kenjaku saying him having highest CE output in history was talking about specific region only (not to mention Kenny wasn't even sure of himself he was talking rumours from Edo period who shouldn't even have access to Heian Era which existed 600 years ago). Official translation just messed it up.

Ryu can tell opponents output by looking. He wasn't impressed by Yuta's CE output while seeing Sukuna output alone dude started to swea

Not to mention Kenjaku didn't even checked these information on himself. Dude later says Sukuna is the strongest Sorcerer. Kashimo calls Ryu's statement may be shady Kenjaku didn't even disagreed with him. There is nothing particularly implied or stated Ryu had highest CE output in history.
