I think the Ultima case for 0 from what I've seen. I would have to agree that there shouldn't be layers to it. However, I don't think the idea all 0 is equal and can't be “reached” as a good reason. Every fictional work is bound to its fictional verse and 0 should be the peak of it and not analogous power to be spread across fiction.

"Maths glazer" is crazy, but I get what you mean. From what I've seen from his other videos, he personally liked the old tiering system more since it was based more around stacking mathematical transcendence and concepts, and it was way harder to exploit to get a character to Tier 0.

Though to be fair, people will always try to exploit a quick way to wank a character to Tier 0 judging by all the powerscaler OCs. People exploited the old Tier 0 and people will exploit the new Tier 0. Though, if Ultima's proposal becomes more normalized, most of those old powerscaler OCs won't be Tier 0 since they're always doing stuff like "Beyond-Omnipotence".

Fr, man. The only thing I don't agree here is the ability to wank a character to tier 0, since you would have to break your bones and get your soul sucked away by a soul eater in order to achieve the desired tier 0 for a character you oh-so believe to qualify for tier 0

Type IV Multiverses are pretty much the cosmological equivalent to the Class of all Sets, I guess, so without further elaboration it'd probably be Low 1-A.
