Just to give my two cents
Going by the spoilers the shocked expression kizaru makes this chapter isn't his usual poker face, so all those examples of him lying while having his poker face up probably dont apply here. Also generally speaking kizaru has become more serious and less expressive throughout the duration of egghead, its more than likely genuine shock/surprise rather than being one of his gags.
Gotta wait for the chapter to come out to see if there's any extra context missing. Right now I think kizaru is shocked due to sanji becoming significantly stronger and faster after activating his germa genes.

Also the spoilers mentioned him blocking kizaru a 2nd time alongside gear 5 luffy, depending on the way that happened it might entail relativity.

Tbf luffy is implied to be holding back his power to use against kaido while on the live floor, so while they were relative its only scaling to a holding back luffy.

I mean its a significant enough difference for the leakers to mention this detail
Again I'm not sure if this really means anything because he can simply be surprised by sanji's drastic increase in speed and strength

He wasn't surprised by Luffy going from gear 4 to gear 5 so I doubt that's it either
I really doubt Hybrid Drake could match G4 Luffy there tbh.
And even then there's also stuff like Killer and Zoro fighting Kaidou side by side, but Zoro is far superior to Killer.

Glad at least this chapter gives like more explicit confirmation about FTL speed since Kizaru expresses shock that Sanji could deflect his beam and even mentions physics.

when you think about it, Zoro stalling Lucci instead of defeating him makes a lot of sense. Since Lucci’s awakened zoan recovery would just “revive” him shortly after being knocked out.
Like if Zoro incapacitated him, and ran off to confront Kizaru/Saturn, then Lucci would probably just wake up and be even more of a nuisance to the group
