DBH characters scale to 2 temporal axises for immeasurable speed. So, no matter how Sonic’s speed scaling chain is unless they get an additional time axis it wouldn’t be as fast as where DBH’s scales.

Time Power generally have 7 layers, the EE have higher layer due to > Hakai. This is basic knowledge

The only layered thing in SDBH is past was the Time Power, and possibly its evil aura since it was after the thread existed.
For you to add another layer to this EE because of the hakai, you would have to go to the layer evaluation thread, because for now it is the baseline.
