It wasn't directly stated. But was implied since she was working based on how much time Shikamaru told them they had left. But that's not even the point. It took her a whole days to accomplish. And Hinata finished in seconds.
You can't say "almost." It's either she is expending 100% of her chakra in her punches, or Kakashi meant something else. There is not in-between for "maximum." If she is using 100% of her chakra in her punches, then a single slap from a 6C character would kill her. That's what I meant when I say Kakashi didn't literally mean she was always using 100% of her chakra in CES Punch.

This happened in the last tho. Sakura and Hinata refilling Nard's chakra happened in the last. And Naruto passed out not only because of the chakra. But also because of the attack/explosion itself.
So what exactly is the maximum output supposed to mean?

Nope. You're calculating the other value by multiplying the value of a calc by 6 billion times. It's literally a calculation.
It would maybe work if the characters were 8-C, and Konan's AP was 8-C with paper bombs, but it's not.
