Intro​

If you haven’t been paying attention, you likely missed the Sonic Channel Calendar Otherworld Comedy Story. It was a monthly written work taking place in the mainline Sonic continuity, taking place an unknown amount of time after the events of Forces.

Oh. And I just want to mention for those who are worried about translations, all of the scans used here are from Windii Gaylord. If you want to see her translations for yourself, go here

Now... Let’s begin.

Additions​

Blaze/Silver​

• Instinctive Actions (Fought in perfect coordination with Blaze/Silver without thinking)
• Each get a Chaos Emerald as Optional Equipment
  • This also applies to Shadow, Tails, Knuckles, and Vector.

Super Sonic​

• Aura (Explosive. Super Sonic is capable of expanding his aura to a large enough extent that it fully consumes several duplicates of Perfect Chaos surrounding him)
  • This bumps up Super Sonic's aura range to “Hundreds of Meters , up to Interdimensional” range for being able to reach throughout and shatter the alternate worlds. (NOTE:This will make more sense when you go to Eggman's additions so keep scrolling.)
• Power Nullification (Nullified the creations of Super Eggman made from the Phantom Ruby, dispelling them with his aura alone. Dr. Eggman theorized that Super Sonic's power neutralized "Otherworldification". His aura dispelled the alternate worlds created Dr. Eggman, evaporating them like a mist. Eggman referred to this as Sonic eradicating all of his dreams, an idea to be taken literally due to the Phantom Ruby applying everyone's inner desires to the planet)

Dr. Eggman​

New Additions:​

• Telepathy & Perception Manipulation (Stated by Tails to be influencing the perception of the planet itself with leftover Phantom Ruby energy, something that affects everybody born on the planet. However, due to Eggman's inability to control it fully, the thoughts and impressions of others were gathered and influenced reality as well)

New Inventions:​

• Spatial Manipulation, Subjective Reality, Law Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, & Memory Manipulation (With the Egg Field. Described as an infinite other-dimensional space, it would have brought to reality Dr. Eggman's desired world as "truth" if it hadn't been destroyed. Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles were having false memories implanted in their mind)

New Key: Light-Man Eggman (光人エッグマン)​

"“Know for yourself what will happen if you oppose me, the creator of alternate worlds!"

He has equal power to Super Sonic, with his weakness being a lack of stamina, and has an altered Phantom Ruby prototype as his power source.

• Spatial Manipulation, Subjective Reality, Causality Manipulation, Law Manipulation, Dream Manipulation, Perception Manipulation & Memory Manipulation (Created other worlds with his Phantom Ruby in an identical fashion to the Egg Field, with those worlds having events altered that guaranteed Eggman's victory)
• Summoning (Created several worlds that utilized weapons and entities against Super Sonic; such as the Space Colony Ark, Perfect Chaos, Dark Gaia, and the Mother Wisp)
• Duplication (Created several duplicates of Perfect Chaos, albeit with less power than the original)
  • All of this is given to the Phantom Ruby itself.

I don't think so. Looking at Interdimensional range: Attacks and abilities that can reach beyond the conventional space-time of a single universe, such as into external pocket realities or parts of other universes, but that may not necessarily travel a universal distance.

Basically, we don't know for sure that Sonic's aura travelled throughout its expanse. But since we know they were alternate worlds, Interdimensional is the bare minimum.

The only place I found it is called Super Eggman was in the image introduction and it's used as a question, something like "What even is this that Sonic is fighting?", in the story itself and later Twitter post it has called "Light-Man Eggman" (光人エッグマン). I'm fine with Super Eggman being used as "another name", but the main one seems to be Light-man (Depending on the reading of the Kanji it can be read as Kōjin Eggman, but that is dependent on how to read that kanji, no furigana is given. Maybe if I ask Toyoda on Twitter...)

This really does bolster Chaos Energy's versatility. Every time a new & strange opposing force comes forward,Super Sonic conjures techniques to perfectly counter it. Even Flynn said Super Sonic's actual limit has NOT been tested yet.
