In my opinion, Sasuke physically scales above Perfect Susanoo with his feats, but it’s a nuanced type of thing. While Yes, he can survive attacks that break PS and block attacks from those who are physically able to do so, it takes a toll on him physically. That’s where “Endurance” kicks in. Sasuke is “tankier” than PS but he can only Endure 2 direct hits from someone capable of physically breaking it (Jigen) before he is on dire straights.
1 hit from Isshiki has bro laid out for a few seconds and while he was able to block one of Isshiki’s hits, a two piece had him down for the 10 Count. His career as a skateboard had him decommissioned for the rest of the fight (And Isshiki was already irritated at him going back to the Jigen fight and had killing intent for Sasuke). So it really shouldn’t be something to scrutinize.
This is an extreme high difficulty type feat for Sasuke and Naruto. If he’s fighting someone who can break PS with their strikes, he is cooked for a h2h fight. PS, much like Biju Mode, is where Sasuke’s Range and DC is. So it does have benefits.

Oh uhhn not with a system right now. But when ishikki broke almost all the bones in boruto body , when borushiki came and stabbed sasuke rinnengan we see him look at his hand as sort of like healed all the bones. Sasuke also commented that Momoshiki had healed all the broken bones in boruto body

The stabbing is different. He didn't just heal boruto. He turned his data to boruto tissue to replace the lost one. A one time thing.
The healing stuff is different. Even in kawaki vs boruto fight, momo healed it and karma was activated. In the anime too when he absorbed chakra from scientific ninja tools he also healed his wounds. And even if you say he is doing it with karma, so? It should be on his profile regardless

IMO a sentence ending with either "So" or "So what" can be read as a dismissive statement, adding the "It should be on his profile regardless" makes it seem I somehow disagreed with the person for no reason

From what I'm understanding, I think the healing fractures thing is valid. But I think the one time Momoshiki revived boruto and healed his stab wound shouldn't be combat applicable. It relied on the fact that Boruto had an incomplete extraction at the time. So the stab wound healing shouldn't be used. Whether that makes a difference though, I don't know. But yeah, the fracture thing seems fine.
This got me thinking. Sasuke gets stabbed every weekend with chakra rods. Does he have regen for that? Or is he just walking around with holes in his body.

So guys I was thinking. Naruto never even tries to use Talk no Jutsu on any Otsutsukis. He even helped Kawaki, who is sort of an Otsutsuki. But never the ones that look Otsutsuki. Is it because he can sense intentions and decided they are beyond hope? Or is he just space racist? Which would be funny because he got powers from an Otsutsuki and his own son is now an Otsutsuki.

There was this old accepted CRT that was supposed to give him Regen (Just look for posts regarding Sasuke Ctrl + F the shit out of it) Sasuke has the Resistances but doesn't seem to have the Regen in his profile
