No. There was a thread months ago that got moved to Staff Discussion and was rejected but this one is one with new arguments, had permission to be made and hasn't been rejected. It was only temporarily locked because the thread was getting heated and staff needed time to provide their input.
A Low 1-C revision was passed in Staff Discussion after it got locked, which clarifies things and seems to reinforce the arguments made for Low 1-C DB. So I believe Profectus and co. are just observing the Ben 10 Low 1-C revision to see how that plays out before the DB revision is resumed (either reopened or a part 2 thread.)

If DBH gets low 1-C then they outhax Arceus since all his hax is 4-D but they won't be able to kill Arceus due to his existential stuff.

Arceus is 6D in his true form and his avatar scales to Low 1-C 5D. Apparently he has some 5D hax after some upgrades but I quit scaling pokemon so Idk

Does anyone know why Wei Huo is above the DBH characters in the strongest non smurf tip in 2-A?
I'm almost certain that DBH characters can interact with it, and it appears to have no resistance to things like concept type 1, information type 2 and power null.
And I also don't see a sinister cultivation page with 1 trillion things.
