2. References(I can add this for you if you don't know how)
3. For the War Devil (Weakened) key, change the name to War Fiend. Add an explanation to why her being the War fiend makes her stronger than Power.
4. Change the at least for the last key to a likely, or possibly. Since she had the help of other devils like the other horseman and the weapon devils.
5. High isn't an acceptable rating anymore. Use one of the ratings on the stamina page.

Lack of feats on that level, and speed is kinda a big thing with guns so it wouldn't be too far fetched for Gun Devil to be one of the fastest Devils, same as how Quanxi is the fastest of the Weapons at least in part due to hosting the Arrow Devil

Maybe we can cook with like DD being "transcendental" and Fiends saying that Gun Devil is ass next to these devils, and maybe Makima deeming a fight between her and Chainsaw Devil as unwinnable, whereas Gun Devil isn't

I was mostly just entertaining it for the sake of argument cuz having it be used as a justification for his base form AP for some reason means it should also be used as a justification for a higher LS than just Average Human

There's nothing indicating that Makima damaged DD with her "bang", she kinda just pointed her finger at DD and he started bleeding.
And we know Makima has this ability and used it once before

It didn't really do much to DD. It was stalled for a mere moment, and then it folded Makima in two hand-gestures. Pochita is similarly far beyond Makima's own power.
You could also ask why didn't she use her life-trade crushing ability, or why didn't she use the Punishment Devil, or the Cosmos Fiend, or the Snake Devil, or any number of abilities that could help her.

Bullshit it didn't do much, it litterly shit out its organs long enough for Makima to casually walk over to a decapitated human
It not being killed by the attack is not the same is it not doing much, it just so happened that his attack would have killed her while hers couldn't kill him
Likely because finding someone to fulfill the contract in the middle of a fight isn't easy
Also we've only ever seen it used to take out normal humans so her using a human to take out one of the strongest devils seems like a stretch
All of these had to be used in tandem with other devils in order to defeat a weaker Gun Devil who lacked the regenerative abilities of the Chainsaw Devil
Pochita at this point was much stronger so why would Makima waste the time to use an attack that likely wouldn't kill him mid fight
Because it's heavily implied that in order to activate the ability the target has to say "Halloween" (Her not using it on a Makima about to kill Quanxi and everyone she loves plus the only time her ability is shown to take effect is when the victim says Halloween), Pochita being a feral monster at this point would make this a very hard task to accomplish
All of these abilities have activation requirements or require multiple devils to pull off which at least gives some justification why she wouldn't use those abilities
This doesn't explain why Makima wouldn't use an ability seemingly of her own that doesn't require any activation requirements other than the fact that she believed it wouldn't kill him
