All Purpose Dragon Ball Thread

Pretty sure they can, although I can't remember what number we use for statements like that. Think if the statement is multiplied that we use 2 times as a lowball, and many times I think we use 3?

Also base Goku took a barrage of attacks from Jiren in base and Goku said "In all my years and in all my fights, I have never taken an attack like that!, there is no doubt you are incredible". That means a weakened base Goku took a barrage of attacks above anything in BoG, RoF and even Black Arc.
 


  • Goku vs Beerus starts and Whis thinks he has time to have a lunch
  • Beerus considers SSJ as a slight power boost. Whis gives up on eating
  • For SSJ2, he notes it's quite a skill and has a monologue about how powerful he became. Whis still doesn't think he can eat
  • For SSJ3, he acknowledges it's power and says it is much more powerful than SSJ and SSJ2. Whis starts eating
do we have more statements implying ssj3 power boost in relation to ssj2 is bigger or comparable than the ssj2 power boost in relation to SSJ? If we do, we can give ssj3 a 20 times multiplier on top of ssj2 as a lowball or we could try with only this, it seems very consistent

50x on top of ssj2 might also work
 
@Damage3245 My post above should be enough evidence Near End ToP base Goku~Merged Zamasu or SSB, if you don't agree with it. Becauae later on base Goku fought alone Anrroid 17 confirming the insane power boost. Thus ToP SSJ Goku>merged Zamasu.
 
If Frieza Saga Goku is considered the baseline Power Level requirement to obtain Super Saiyan, then Future Gohan would be Star level for training with Super Saiyan Future Trunks in his base form.

We still treat it as an alternative timeline, no? Basically if Bardock's world doesn't follow these rules, why would Trunks' world do so?
Plus, Chilled being on-par with 100% Frieza would contradict the latter being like a super-mutant, I think

Connected, as in Future Trunks travelling into the past created the main timeline.
Connected, as in they are linked through the Time Machine by 17 years.

On this note, how the hell are the mainline and the TV anime continuity being parallel worlds consistent at all with how time travel is portrayed in-universe? Parallel worlds are explicitly created when Time Machines are used to alter the past. However, there are not nearly enough instances of time travel to justify the TV anime and all of the films.

I’ve always considered it as History of Trunks is the new backstory for DBS Anime Trunks and Trunks the Story is the maintained backstory Trunks has in the DBS Manga.

Essentially:

History of Trunks -> DBS Anime Trunks

Trunks the Story -> DBS Manga Trunks
 
That means Namek Full Power Frieza is 610 Yottatons. Makes sense that he coudn't planet bust at 305 Yottatond with top of thay holding back.
 
Base Goku=SSG got retconned in U6 arc and finalized in ToP arc.

It's like this:
BoG: Base Goku>SSG
RoF SSB=SSJx50>base>SSG
U6 Retcons with regular SSJ1-3 thus SSB>SSG>SSJ1-3
ToP: Finalizes the retcon by finally utilazing SSG form and power. Thus SSB>SSG (shown)>SSJ1-3>base

As Akira said "SSG is gone, because Goku has the power base, so he doesn't need to transform anymore".

Unless you think base Goku=SSG and SSG transformation with the power SSG x base SSG. Which makes no sense, its the anime following the manga, after RoF. Also you have to think that BoG Piccolo is above BoG SSG Goku. Which makes no sense.

Thus BoG SSG>>>>>U6 besides Hit, since he scales above SSB. U6 Arc base and SSJ1-3 should be slightly above their Buu Saga strenght.
